Reached $7.41 but got no response to my "Payout Request Error" email since 2nd of February, despite sending an email to them 3 times. Will update the score once I receive a response and payment.

When I completed tasks in GG2U, at first I had payout issues, but I emailed them 2 times and few days later, they replied and helped Me and I got paid to PayPal successfully!

I have generally had a positive experience with GG2U, but a recent incident involving an unverified "chargeback" has left me concerned about the platform's current transparency standards.

Immediately following a withdrawal request, a deduction was applied to my account. When I reached out to support for documentation or a "reason code" for this reversal, I was told to contact the third-party offer wall (HangMyAds) myself. As a user, I don't have a direct contract with the offer wall—my relationship is with GG2U.

Given that the founder, Stephen McArthur, is a respected legal professional, I joined this site expecting a higher level of accountability and "due process" than your average GPT site. Seeing a balance removed without the platform providing the underlying evidence feels inconsistent with that professional branding.

I am writing this review in hopes that ownership will look into how these reversals are handled. It is difficult to continue using the platform in good faith when earned rewards can be subtracted without the user being shown the specific justification for the deduction. I hope to see GG2U step up and advocate for its users by providing the transparency that a legally-led platform should prioritize.

UPDATE: The company’s response below is laughable. They are essentially admitting they have zero oversight of their own platform. Imagine running a business where you tell customers, "We let people advertise here, but we have no idea why they aren't paying you, and we’re too 'private' to find out."

If you don't have the "details or evidence" to verify a transaction on your own site, you aren't a platform—you're a middleman for a scam. Telling me to go talk to the advertiser myself is like a grocery store telling me to call the farm because the milk I bought from them was expired. Absolutely incompetent.

Good paying survey app. The payout is within the pay which is great also.

I started using the site a few months ago. I mostly do surveys. I had two cashout requests so far. Money arrived the next day. I also contacted support once. Got a reply in a couple of days and they were very helpful. Five star from me!

This is a legit platform that everyone should try. The payouts are within the same day and their customer support is very helpful and efficient! I'm excited to continue earning extra money using GG2U!

Won’t let me earn 7 dollars to cash out it stops 5cents short and all surveys disappear and no way to make the 5 cents to be able to cash out this is ridiculous lmao

I've gotten several payouts from GG2U now. I've never had to wait longer than 24 hours (most were within a couple hours). They deliver what they promise!

I've been a registered member of GG2U for a while but only recently started using it actively. I invested my time in completing surveys and successfully reached the $7 minimum payout threshold.

I was pleased to have reached the goal, but the problems started when I tried to withdraw my earnings. Every time I request a payout, I receive the same error message: "Payout Request Error. You aren't able to request a payout right now. If this error persists, contact us at support(at)gg2u.org."

Following the instructions, I contacted their support team via email on October 12th, explaining the situation. It has now been several days, and I have received absolutely no response. Not even an automated email confirming they received my query.
The complete lack of customer support is a major red flag for me.

I have used other platforms like Freecash and Swagbucks and have never experienced such a complete failure in support and the payout process. I strongly advise everyone to save their time and effort. Look for a more reliable and trustworthy platform, because GG2U.org is clearly not one of them. I will be closing my account and will not be returning. Bye.

Havn't earned as much here as I have on other sites, however i've never seemed to have an issue with tracking or payouts. Site does need an overhaul though, really clunky and outdated. All in all, good site imo

The site is trustworthy - i used it for a long time (over 2 years) - at some periods there are not many surveys and no ads in videos, but this is normal / not gg fault. you get some extra money - I never had problem

Works well, pays well, no tricks. Works long term, doesn't just dissappear.

The sites connected are also alright, sometimes I have needed to ask for a missing reward, usually the replies have been quick enough. I think one didn't answer my request, but these things happen. And it's not the main sites issue, as far as I understand.

The best site, making minimal 7$ took me less than a month, and it was on my account the next day after request, best at what it does.
I had little problems with requesting payout but after contacting the support they helped me almost instantly, i really reccomend this site
