Obviously this is a scam site. I saw an ad on Instagram - join, use promo code and get 0.34 btc bonus. No site or exchange will give you such a big bonus. I signed up just out of curiosity. I entered the code and I 'got' 0.34 btc. I tried to withdraw - you need to deposit 0.01 btc to 'verify' your account. Pure scam. Don't deposit anything. The positive reviews are obviously fake.

I was only able to withdraw my money after 2 weeks!!! It all started when I registered on gexchain after seeing their ads. I activated a promo code for 0.32 btc but couldn't withdraw it. I had to write to support because they didn't verify my account for about a week. I found out that in order to verify my account I had to make a deposit of 0.01 BTC. After that they told me that I had to activate premium status and deposit another 0.04 BTC. This confused me. I searched for a long time information about their company and finally I did as they said, made a deposit of another 0.04 BTC. I was very afraid that they wouldn't let me withdraw my funds because I saw some reviews here that it was a scam. But I was lucky, after getting premium status I was able to withdraw all my and bonus funds! This situation made me nervous. Because of these nonsense rules I rate 1 star. MAybe if they remove this condition with the required deposit, I will change my review to a more positive one.

PISSED OFF BIG TIME!!!!! EDIT: They claim my review is fake saying I am not a user on there exchange.... that is because they deleted my account after I called them out for being a scam company... don't fall for there bullcrap schemes... they are 100% a scam and lie and make fake reviews on here daily. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!

N.B.2 3/7/23: The guys are so bold and imputent to ask Trustpilot to flag me?? You dare. First allow me to withdraw the money I "have" in my wallet without asking me to deposit 0.01 Btc. You're so smart, aren't you?

THIS IS A SCAM!! This is my story : Hi! I came across a promotion on facebook about gexchain that give to his new users 0.32 BTC with a promo code you enter after register and this actually show on your wallet but it’s clearly fake… After that when you try to withdraw the funds they ask you to deposit 0.01 BTC to get your wallet verification plus they ask you to do the normal KYC verification which I did and I regret a lot because now they have my selfie with my id, ID and proof of adresse… After doing all that, I tried to withdraw the funds but there was an error saying I need to be premium status to withdraw any funds on my account because now my total wallet funds exceeds 0.32 BTC and there was no mention of that anywhere… To get premium status you need to deposit another 0.04 BTC and wait almost 24 hours to be approved… After I did the deposit I tried to withdraw all my funds but now they are holding my funds with the excuse that I need to pay the tax because I live in Canada of 15% of all the funds on the account so 0.048 BTC because I have now 0.37 BTC but it’s clearly another way to get more money again from me… I lost over 2000$ and I’m very scared that my identity is at risk too! DO NOT INVEST ANYTHING THERE!

Wow that's great and awesome crypto exchange website. From this we can buy, sell, exchange , stake ,store our crypto. All the features are available related to crypto. Best thing about them is good sign-up bonuses and costumer support. Design is also superb.

It would be a better platform if you didn't have to make a deposit to verify your account.

It is just a Fake exchange. They set up this fake cryptocurrency exchange service that appear legitimate, but once the victim deposits their cryptocurrency, they steals the funds.

So for me, there was a promo code which i entered, then i got the credit, but tried to withdraw , and here they start asking to make deposits in order to proceed with withdraw. After making the deposits, I tried to make withdraw, then they just blocked the transaction and make it ON HOLD. They said i have to pay a new amount for insurance, but i refused, because no official exchange do this... It's a big red flag!

If they continue refusing my withdrawal request, I will report the incident to the appropriate authorities soon and start the legal process against them through my lawyer.
