I had to make a big deposit before they would let me withdraw my money! This is the first time I have faced such problems.

I do my crypto exchanges all time with Gexchain. They offer signup bonuses and they have good customer support services. They are completely reliable. Try them!

Think about it people...your being asked to send them BTC in order for them to send you BTC!!! Keep thinking about it until you know that it's a scam %100 guaranteed scam.

Report them to all federal organisations. Ask attorneys to request arrest warrant against them. They hold my money. They talk about law fee but they dont state which law article says this.

ok. at least can i get the 0.01 back for verification that i used 0.02? so the system can keep the 0.01 and i take the other 0.01"

It took me a whole week to withdraw my funds.. First I made a deposit to have them verify my account, then another deposit to become a premium user, then they checked my documents for 4 days and only after all that I was able to withdraw my funds. Horrible service...

Not worth to deposit, after verification deposit 0.01 they asking another deposit of 0.04 obviously scam site, avoid at all cost.

When we contact customer support, they advise us to send an email. We do so, and they respond by telling us that this is absurd. No one has the right to stop us from taking our money out. Profit is not what we seek. We demand payment, the capital. What, if you're being honest, is this? Customers must be understood, and you must come up with alternatives to taking their money. To contact the manager, we need his phone number. contrary to this,cannaeats!pays all throughout the months.

Once you met all the conditions of the exchange, they will let you withdraw funds. I personally tested it. Although I spent a lot of time on them. I do not recommend if you do not have a lot of free time, they will require you to make multiple deposits and confirm your personal info before they let you fully use your account and withdraw funds. This is not a scam, but very annoying exchange...

I am currently deciding if I should take a chance with this company and my assets as the sign up bonus is so high who would make you deposit 0.01 btc for joining I don’t know of if they will take my money or not when I asked support they told me that people have been running off with the sign up bonus and I suppose I get that I will write another review when I decide to deposit

I like the app and everything seems fine but I'm stuck at verification, it says it couldn't connect to internal API, can someone please help
