Regarding your concern about the lack of food tracking functionality within the app — we completely understand how important this feature can be when managing weight effectively. Please rest assured that we are actively working on the development of a comprehensive food tracking system. Due to the complexity and scale of this feature — including accurate database integration, portion control validation, and nutritional analysis — it requires substantial research, clinical review, and development to ensure that it is both safe and effective for our users. That said, it is firmly within our development roadmap, and we look forward to launching it in the near future.
With regard to your second concern — we do appreciate that regular support can be key to long-term success. At present, our protocol includes a formal check-in with each patient at 24 days, but we do always mention on our welcome call that our private WhatsApp is available 24/7 should you need support. We have based current frameworks on both user engagement patterns and clinical milestones. However, we are continually reviewing our check-in process and will take your feedback on board as we evaluate how best to support patients in the early stages of their journey.

A positive step taken
I was really apprehensive
After struggling with my weight for so long, brought on by perimenopause it was a difficult journey to start. I’ve started the treatment, but the additional support will help me to only use this medication as long as I need it rather than long term medication! Support with food, advice and all the factors which will change my lifestyle and keep my weight off was as much of an appeal as the medication. I have WhatsApp’s support whenever I need it regarding the medication and that makes me feel safe! Thanks Trim! After much research glad it’s you I picked to help on this journey

Super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Also find it good how you can WhatsApp and get a response pretty much straight away. My only con is that the app is slow, however due to it being new you will expect teething problems. Fantastic service, I buy every month x

Don’t waste your time with other pharmacies!
After researching lots of pharmacies, I decided to go with gettrim mainly due to the fact that the after care is brilliant and they are on hand 24/7 to answer any questions. It’s not a bot that answers your queries like some pharmacies, you’re through to a professional who has your medical information and provides tailored advice. It’s not worth risking your health to save a few quid! I’d highly recommend Roger and his wonderful team who can’t do enough to support their clients. Amazing results with no side effects so far too so absolutely no regrets
