Good customer service and product
I ordered a black jacket in early July that was supposed to be delivered by the middle of the month, but it didn't. I contacted the company through email and they said they would contact the shipping company. I emailed them and they said they asked for an investigation to be conducted around August 10th. I finally learn the shipping company supposedly lost my package. Dose gave me a discount code for credit that covered what I originally paid, so I could order something else. I ordered the same product but a different color. The expected delivery date for the new order was August 25th-30th, but I wasn't hopeful. To my surprise, the product arrived on the 24th. It was exactly what I ordered. The quality is good and heavy. The product is exactly what they advertised. The customer service during the ordeal was consistent and helpful. Overall, even though the shipping company clearly sucks, DOSE is trustworthy regarding their products and their customer service.
