Do not buy goods from this site. Products are not genuine. Product brought from other countries and warranty doesn't apply. Company will also not respond to any after sales support. Moreover there is no UK company address mention anywhere, so no dispute can be filed for the company.
Managing expectations - or exceeding them?
This is a hard review to write because it goes against quite a few recent reviews. I bought an Apple TV 4K WiFi and Ethernet unit from OurFriday because, simply, it was a LOT cheaper than every other retailer and even second hand units. So, I figured it was worth the gamble.
Never heard of them, site looks reasonably legit though it does have a slight air about it of a quickly bootstrapped site design. Anyway, took the plunge and ordered.
Ordered on Friday 13th Feb. Received order updates via email and web portal order page. Started to get a bit antsy around the 7 day mark (I assumed it would take longer as it was an international purchase on standard shipping).
After 12 days I got worried. Was this a scam? Then there was a 'mechanical fault' somewhere in the delivery hub which came up as a message of a delay for 2-3 days. I thought this is now deffo a scam.
I emailed customer support twice over the next week and I was assured that it was on its way and I was given a royal mail delivery code. This was legit.
Long story short, it took from Feb 13th to delivery of 4th March to get the unit. A LONG time. Was it worth the deep discount? Well, if you're on a tight budget (I'm not, I'm just looking for a good deal) then it could well be, for the money saved you could buy a quality Apple TV wall mount, a premium remote control sheath and a few decent HDMI cables (I did) and feel like you got a bargain. Eventually.
Overall, I can't actually fault the service when I look back at all the details and coms. Yes, I got the willies and thought I had been conned but I wasn't. Yeas it look way longer than expected but it arrived and comms were good.
Maybe give it a go on a small purchase and see what you think.
Abysmal, Terrible Warranty Service
Sent AirPods for warranty repair (60-day estimate). Waited over 6 months of appalling, endless generic delays and zero resolution despite repeated demands.
Only got refund via Barclaycard chargeback after exhausting escalation. No ownership, no action, no repair/replacement. Their policies don't override consumer rights—avoid this dreadful service entirely.

After multiple emails asking to cancel as I havent recieved the item they said they would contact Royal Mail!
No response again so I contacted Royal Mail who said they’ve never received the parcel just had notification they were going to receive it but never did!
I actually think I’ve been scammed as the company ourfriday have dismissed me and offered no help

This might be my 3rd or 4th review just to warn people not to buy from these sh*tehouses. They literally steal your money - they'll send you some garbage that doesn't work, then if you're lucky, they will allow you to return it. They will then keep the product....and your money! No exchanges and certainly no refunds here!!!
If you want to throw money away (or into the back pocket of some lazy, greedy soulless fker) then Ourfriday is the place to go :)
I purchased Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro
I purchased Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro from OurFriday UK (Order ID: 446019424459). The right earbud is faulty and will not charge.
I provided full video evidence, screenshots, photos, and proof that all troubleshooting had been completed. Despite this, the retailer repeatedly refused to honour their legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and insisted I contact the manufacturer instead — which is unlawful. A manufacturer’s warranty does not replace the retailer’s legal responsibility.
After multiple attempts to engage with them, they continued to copy-and-paste the same refusal. I have now opened a Section 75 claim with my credit card provider and submitted a report to Trading Standards regarding their unlawful practices.
Buyers should be aware that this retailer does not appear to follow UK consumer-protection law.

Avoid at all costs! Not an authorised retailer of brands and therefore warranties don't apply. Bought Nothing Ear Earbuds in Jan 2025, the left one is faulty. I've been emailing the company since Oct where I was advised to contact Nothing Ear. After contacting the brand they advised as OurFriday were not an authorised retailer the warranty didn't stand. I then went back to OurFriday who continuously fobbed me off with emails advising they "are still waiting for an update from the team regarding the warranty return process" this is their constant reply with no update. I will be reporting them to Trading Standard. Don't expect to ever hear from them again so for the sake of a small saving or one that "seems too good to be true" look elsewhere if you expect any sort of customer service after. I'm almost grateful I got 9months out of the product would be gutted if it was faulty from the beginning would have been a hard pill to swallow
Avoid – Refuse to Honour Warranty and Breach Consumer Rights
I purchased Nothing Ear (a) earbuds from Our Friday on 10 November 2024. In October 2025, the right earbud developed a fault: it will not charge above 90% and drains within about one hour of use. This is clearly a warranty issue.
When I first contacted Our Friday on 1 October 2025, instead of helping, they told me to contact the manufacturer (Nothing) — even though under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, my contract is with the retailer and they are legally responsible. Only after I pointed out their own warranty policy did they admit the fault should be handled by them.
Since then, for over two weeks, I have received nothing but repeated holding emails (“awaiting approval” / “finalising details”). They have admitted in writing that my case is a valid warranty issue, yet still refuse to provide return instructions or a resolution.
This is unacceptable. Their behaviour breaches both their own warranty promise and UK consumer law, which requires a remedy to be provided without undue delay.
I have been forced to escalate this to Trading Standards and prepare legal action. Based on my experience, Our Friday do everything possible to avoid honouring warranties.
Avoid this retailer at all costs. Once they have your money, they will not support you if something goes wrong.

Do not trust this company. We purchased £400 vr set last Xmas which was broke. We returned the item and have emailed for updates on repair/return had nothing back but the same automated email. So we are £400 down but also had a very disappointed 11 year old over Xmas.
OurFriday...AVOID
Purchased a OnePlus 13, it does not update the software automatically, nor can it be forced to it. Was sold a Chinese version, originally running Color OS & has been flashed with Oxygen OS without being told & its hardware cannot accept the UK required software updates. OurFriday also states they are a UK company but clearly i am being replied to by an outside UK service centre. Zero solutions to resolve over 4 months & after raising with PayPal they then sided with OurFriday because I raised the issue 30 days after the purchase. I am now stuck with a device that cannot receive nor run ANY updates that fix the current bluetooth issues or any further patches.

Bought a pair of Bose headphones off…
Bought a pair of Bose headphones off them, which failed to recharge after a couple of months. I took them into Apple Store and they advised they couldn’t help as not bought from them, but ran a diagnostic which showed they were pre owned. Upon confronting our Friday with the information they denied it and refused to honour the guarantee, continually asking me for extra details (like a video showing the battery running out quickly on them!) . They took days between requests and I just had to give up in the end. AVOID!
DO NOT TRUST – Misleading Warranty and Zero Accountability
I sent my AirPods to Ourfriday for repair on 08/04/2025, and as of today, it has been over 60 days with no resolution. Despite sending many emails, the replies have been generic and unhelpful, offering no clear update or return date. This situation has caused ongoing stress and disappointment.
The AirPods were purchased as a birthday present for my daughter, and she hasn’t been able to use them since February. It has completely ruined the experience for her, and we feel let down by the company’s lack of accountability.
We bought the item with the understanding that it came with a 12 month warranty. However, when we took the AirPods to an official Apple store, they informed us that the warranty had already expired meaning the product sent to us did not come with valid Apple warranty coverage.
When we raised this serious issue with Ourfriday, they told us to send the item back and promised they would carry out the repair. But after nearly four months, we are still waiting, with no product returned and no proper explanation.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I hope Ourfriday finally takes this matter seriously and resolves it properly. See below examples one of many emails sent to them !

I have now been waiting over 60 days for the return of my repaired AirPods, and your repeated vague replies are unacceptable. Each response offers no concrete timeline or resolution, despite the excessive delay.
This level of service is deeply frustrating and unprofessional. I am now formally requesting that this matter be escalated to a senior supervisor or manager.
If I do not receive a definitive update and return date within 48 hours, I will be forced to:
File a formal complaint through your official escalation process,
Publicly raise this issue through your social media channels, and
Submit a complaint to relevant consumer protection authorities.
Please take this seriously and treat it with the urgency it requires.

This company name is onufriy.shop.com. I ordered a hex clad items on Feb 2, 2025. The initial tracking stated the address was undeliverable, but my address is fine. After s month, I followed up and the company identified that the shipment was not sent . I asked for a refund which was offered to me as a resolution and the timeline for refund was 8-10 business days. It's June 19, 2025 and no refund. They keep saying they have lots of emails to get thru. Unacceptable. This site is a scam so don't deal with them. My refund is only 55.00 but it's still my money. If you decide to deal with them, don't hold your breath that you'll get a product or a refund

Selling incompatible mobiles
Further to my earlier review, OurFriday contact me advising to contact OnePlus UK customer support services.
OnePlus UK customer service responded saying that they were unable to support goods manufacturer for China and the OS is not compatible.
I sent the whole chat in an email to OurFriday. As usual they have been responding with automated messages without addressing the issues or return and refunding the mobile.
I am now stuck with a mobile that will not upgrade it's software and increases the vulnerability to attacks.
I would caution anyone from buying goods from OurFriday. They have been peddling incompatible goods and duping customers.
I am planning to consider legal recourse.

Avoid this company at all costs. I bought an Apple TV that wasn’t a UK sourced product but they didn’t say that in the description which they should have declared by law. The Apple box was also damaged as it was shipped in a thin plastic bag making future resale difficult. They refuse to accept my return request, they don’t have a phone number or email address, and no return address. I have now opened a dispute with my credit card company.
