Getpolaire Reviews

Polaire air coolers couldn't blow the froth off a coffee. They leak and they could cause damage to anything that is on the surface they are on, luckily mine were on the floor so only a wet carpet.

Do NOT buy!

Crap company..I odered a pair of Chucks sneakers from them 122.00 they should of been here by now pissed right off and no one answers the phone or its continuously bussy ..What a rip off!!

I ordered two polairs sets seeing the advertisement from youtube thinking it was manufactured in Bristol,UK but as soon as I order is confirmed I got mail those products will be delivered from China.
Three weeks later I got items and when opened shocked to see the cheap plastic and the finishing I was in tears. It is just a small fan with some cloth inside. Started using it after 1 hour I see the water leaking on the table. Glad there is no electric shock because of this I switched off immediately. You have to be just a feet away from the plastic fan to get air.
It is a scam and to be honest I purchased because of the ad in YouTube and the trust I had in google..
This is the second time they( c****) cheated same way as before. They are great I admit and I am fool .
I wrote this review thinking someone will read and be cautious.
pros- No customer service. Not able to return easily.Forget about refund.
SCAM - CHEATERS
I can share pics but I do not see that attachment option.

WATER LEAKS. UNABLE TO USE. NO WARRANTY. NO COMPANY INFO. NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCTS. TOTALLY SCAM as many others here say. I bought two. Received very cheap-look products in two weeks. Let's see how they will respond.

If I could give these scammers no stars I would. As with other buyers who have left a review ( wish I had checked beforehand) I bought 2 units, advertising said these were units that ac sellers did not want you to know about as they are cheaper than normal ac units and just as good. Should have known that this was a lie. Also they were half price that would make them £90.00 each before discount, sounded good. As others have found, mine arrived damaged, parts broken, cheap brittle plastic and leak all over the surface they sit on. These are cheap chinese copies of units that use evaporation to cool the air, this has been around years. I have tried to get hold of Polaire, but they do not reply to my emails. Have also sent request for refund via PayPal, but they have ignored that. They are not even worth £5.00. hope I can get money back via paypal as these are complete trash and belong in the bin.DO NOT BUY TOTAL SCAM. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.

If I could give this product zero stars I would. IT IS A SCAM!! I bought one of these personal air conditioners, my bad I know... but the company’s advertising is misleading. Firstly it’s sent from China. Mine arrived after 3 weeks wait. On opening but it I could see bits of loose plastic, the quality is shocking. I followed the instructions, turned it on and NOTHING. It does not cool it does nothing. The water poured out of the unit all over the floor. I tried to return it but was told I have to send it back to China at my expense. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM.

I was going to buy one then read Trust Pilot so I looked at the contact information - enough said !

General Inquirities (their spelling)

I won't be buying

Scam! Do not buy.

I have not purchased and don't intended to either. I saw this ad on YouTube and recognised it because its identical to one I purchased 3 years ago for £20 so they are just cheap units with no engineering behind it and they are just trying to scam people so I recommend that you DON'T BUY.

They are a scam. Using YouTube advertising to try and sell evaporation coolers (they've been around for years) as some new invention. With a 200% mark up on a product, you can get from Amazon. Don't bother!

Got an add, that this was made by some danish people. But there is no evidence, no company info, no phone number, nothing on their website.

So making fake add, and no info on their website is a big indication for a scam.

I Know the real reason is ads profit. Youtube absolutely can control their ads frequency for displaying. I know they use ML (Machine Learning) to control and display ads. If they don't listen to us (their users) all of us can do a simple thing such as placing invalid clicks on the ads, invalid clicks to report those ads ... in the end of the day their ML system will learn invalid patterns, deploy incorrect targeting ads and surely advertisers don't like invalids clicks, unfocusing ads ... sooner or later will leave Youtube ads system then less ads will be shown up for us.

This is literally made by the same people that made the other scam ads such as xdronehd and that other ultrasonic thing. They always use blue highlighted text in videos and use 'innovators that were disliked'. Scam. Don't buy

This product is being compared to an AC unit. These two products could not be farther part in design, function and intended results. Don't be fooled by advertisements. Polaire has not redesigned the AC market by any means. Buy yourself a misting spray bottle for same results as Polaire.

Scum trying to steal your money, either by not delivering or delivering a product that can not possibly do what it claims

Anyone knows the first law of thermodynamics from school teacher would tell this is a obvious scam. Surprised that they are investing the ad on YouTube. Stay away from these two funny “innovators”.

scam just, the air humidifier not Air-con. Air con is master piece of engineering and must have two separate unit one inside other other side in order to pump/transfer heat in or out. if something claim that within just one unit it is lie, against to law of Conservation of energy! As long as they are not selling thermonuclear plant ! but the price is too cheap for that ;)

If you have been on youtube for a while you probably remember the scam wifix with the stupid video about 2 loser work for a company and say bla bla they scam you and we make a beter product for you guys. Well... the use the same script for GetPolair talking about lazy.

I live in holland so script says made by a dutch inventor with a dutch name but if you search that name you find someone work for a phone company and one person work as a surgeon but you can find any information about the one cell organisms who invented or own getpolaire company cause his is a scam total BS

It's a scam, you can find the same fan on aliexpress for cheaper, they'll probably just steal your money and won't send you anything.

No contact info .. scam
