I've bought 3 apliances.none of them works and there's no adress or phone or web page to claim.No refund.the apliances are like a small fan with wet paper to cool the air. The cost per unite is propably only 6 euros the unit.the price I've paid is then a totally scam.leas don't be stupid like me, don't buy it.

I got suckered into buying this "piece of crap" due to their marketing machine and a couple of "paid off" endorsements on social media. Please keep in mind that it is the same piece of plastic useless gadget with various new labels on it including "Polaire", "Arctic" etc. So, let me share my experience with you, please also see the pictures attached.

I ordered this unit from their website and it took over 45 days for them to even tell me that the unit was stuck at some border in Canada as it originated from China, they claimed it was due to Covid-19 which I accepted. After another 10 days, I told them that I was no longer interested in the unit as they could not provide me with estimate of delivery time, so, their customer service agreed to refund me. Their customer service was managed by 2 people in some part of the world who have no idea of what customer service is and kept leading me on for another 3 weeks...but never refunded my credit card!! The unit finally arrived about close to 70 days after the order was placed even though I had cancelled my order...

Now, description of the so called product, have a look at the pictures, this seems to have been put together as a science experiment by Grade 8 students. It does not work, there is no technology inside besides some pieces of plastics glued together and flashing lights.

Please do not buy this crap and encourage these type of companies to exist and scam more people. Btw, I ended up paying over $120 CDN for this piece of plastic which is probably worth $3 CDN.

Total SCAM. Crap plastic product. Comes with short USB cord and no cube to plug it in. No way to return it. If there’s a lawyer reading this I think class action may be the only way for so many to get their money back. These scammers should be put out of business. If I could rate a zero I would.

This Polaire is a total SCAM,!!!!
I purchased this product and the fan was so weak that when I leaned ONE piece of paper against it, it didn't even blow it over. Also even though I filled the compartment with ice water this product couldn't even cool off a MOUSE , it's a complete scam and I never got my money back do not buy this product

Absolute scam, stay far away from this piece of garbage. Arrives defective and you have no recourse to get your money back as they are impossible to contact.

I bought three units because the ad was so convincing and they offered a discount when you order more. What a big mistake I paid via Paypal and requested a refund because they do not work at all, and they leak water all over my tables. Polaire never responded to my refund request. So I filed a complaint with PayPal. Paypal wrote back to me saying I must ship the devices back to Polaire, and when Polaire receives them, I will get a refund from Paypal. I tried sending the items back to Polaire, but the address is in China, and no courier is familiar with the address. The bad part is that they were not shipped to me from China. They came from a California P.O. Box and that is not the address Paypal asked me to ship it back to, So I cant send Paypal proof that I sent it back, nor can the seller acknowledge receipt because the return address in China does not exist. Bottom line I got robbed of $160.00 from a bogus company in China! Please keep away from this company they are frauds!

I ordered 3 units over a month ago. They have not been delivered. The company only had email customer service and none of my emails have been returned. I recommend staying away from them.

Sadly I cannot give the Artic Air from Polaire a "0" rating!! It is really cheaply made, does not cool, it's noisy, it leaks and the cord is only 3 ft long making it difficult to reach anywhere.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Customer service is poor! They do not stand behind their product!!!! I tried to return it but I need to pay the shipping to China which is more that the cost of the crap I bought.

DO NOT GET A POLAIR. I bought one waited weeks for it to arrive. Followed the set up instructions and it burnt the switch out. I contacted the company and they have not even replied to me.

Do not buy this product - it does not work - and you wont be able to get a refund. It is a scam, do not, do not buy this product.

The company is a total scam, I have no idea why youtube would agree to promote their products! That's the only reason I haven't checked other reviews. I bought 2 units and wanted to return them immediately. It's just trush. They obliged me to send the goods back to China in order to receive a refund. They should be shut down! I hope that someone will start a class action lawsuit against them.

ALERT!!! DO NOT BUY anything from this company !!! Total SCAM ! They also go by other store front names as Limited Stock Store and Standoutshow and Getpolaire.store!!! We bought a WiFi extender and it took 15 days to even get the product . The product didn’t connect to our WiFi no matter what we did ! We contacted the company and asked to return it and they said that it was past the 15 day return policy because it took 15 flipping days to get there ! We told them we were reporting them to our credit card company to stop payment and they sent another email saying sorry , we are not allowing return and said sorry for bad experience !!! Such a scam company !!! Do not buy anything from them !!!

After 20 days waiting for the devices when they arrived we already know it was a scam. We tried to return them unused, as it is asked in their policy return, but the adress they gave us to send the package was a warehouse in China. We have to pay 230€ to send them there!!!!!

They do not work. The first one doesn’t even turn on but caused water damage as the tank leaked all over. The second one turns on but does nothing. No air at all coming out of it. The worst product I have ever bought. Stay away! Don’t waste your money like I did.

If I could, I would rate Polaire portable AC as a 0. As reported by many others, although the product is defective, the company demands that I cover the shipping expenses. Folks, what can we do to the report this company and get our money back?

This item is a rip off. I wanted to return these the day I bought them. They don't work. They have a 15 day money back offer but they would not return my email for 15 days with instructions so I contacted my credit card company to reverse the charge. That's when they finally emailed me telling me the cost to reship them. I bought 2 for a total $129.00 and to mail back to China for a refund it cost $150.00. They're telling me tough luck!

Total scam, keep reporting to shut them down.

This company is a rip off do not touch their products. It is a company in China that is selling humidifiers as air conditioners. There marketing scheme is a lie and Scam. there is no returns and you have to cancel within 12 hours however there is no one to call or speak to. Do not be tempted by their lies and deceit

This is a SCAM. I bought 2 Polaire air-coolers They are spoilt. The quality is very poor. The water spilled all over my floor. I made a police report as they is no reply from the website. Do not buy this Polaire air coolers.
