This company is easy to work with
This company has gotten easier to work with over the years. They respond reasonably quickly to questions and requests. Recently I had a pharmacy that was out of my medication for weeks and Mindful really tried to help me find a solution.

Superb customer service!
I was contacted regularly. Lucy was super helpful!!! I didn't feel alone in trying to navigate a new pharmacy. I felt important and not like a burden. When I was unable to answer the phone call, I got a email regarding what the call was about. It was super helpful! My insurance was even carried over and the transition was super easy. I could not be more pleased with the customer service. Lucy and the team are very good in their roles. Thankyou!!

Patricia is Amazing
Most of the times I’ve run into an issue, whether that’s a portal/account problem or issues getting my prescription, I’ve usually worked with Patricia at Mindful Health.
She is absolutely amazing to work with! She always listens to my problem thoroughly and without interruptions and then always goes to bat for me and delivers on her word.
She is patient, kind and good at her job!
