Visited Showroom
Grace greeted us today when we visited the showroom, she was very helpful and friendly, explained all the different bed frames and mattress that we were interested in and all additional costs too. There was no pressure to purchase on the spot but we will definitely be buying our new bed from this company.

We dropped into the showroom today for the first time, having visited the usual main stream stores. We were greeted by Chris who introduced us to George.
George was incredibly helpful and offered us some great advice. All the beds we viewed were excellent quality and very sturdy.

Adam and Sean did a wonderful job…
Adam and Sean did a wonderful job putting the bed together! The original bed we received had a faulty headboard (reported by the installation team) and then once the second headboard was fitted the bed became very creaky. But once we left a Google review explaining, the company couldn’t have been kinder. Huge thanks to Chris for listening so carefully to our problem and finding a great solution!

Quality, value and outstanding customer service
I ordered two Oxford beds in the small double size and now they’ve been delivered and set up, everyone is very happy.
The beds themselves are really simple to assemble, the materials feel weighty and premium, everything slots together in very little time (two beds assembled in about an hour) and they look great finished. They also feel like they’ll last a lifetime. I’m not surprised there’s an 11-year guarantee on them.
Special mention to Grace in customer service who kindly agreed to extend the website offer price that started after my original order date but before delivery. This is not common across all vendors but goes a long way to reassuring you that you’re working with a company that wants to do their best for you
