I just talked to the young lady at the Grand location here in Des Moines and she was kind enough to allow an extension. Also she is very professional and has a lot of confidence in her ability to do her job. I have not been doing business with her very long but each time she is consistent with a good attitude and professionalism. I am giving this rating to you company because of her as I have never delt with anyone else and she deserves the 5 stars.
