excellent service

Gary always helps me cash my checks they have a small fee but it's fair, and I don't have to wait for my bank to clear it; it's fast and instant and after 5 checks they give you one free with I think is pretty cool. After I cash my check I always play the lotto hey you never know if win :-) fast and convenient sevice.

Review of Sioux City Iowa site

Window clerks were friendly 1st time. Not friendly 2nd time. Better 3rd time.
Helpfulness was minimal. Clerks seemed more interested in moving people through than being helpful. I believe the site would benefit from more than one clerk.

The employees were wonderful

The employees were wonderful, very kind and efficient. The only reason why this didn't get 5 stars is because it seems that they do a hard credit check in order to get a payday loan. If I had great credit, I wouldn't need to get a payday loan to begin with. The only thing impacting my credit rating is my student loans, which should not be a factor in getting a payday loan.

Amazing service

The clerk was bubbly, polite, super knowledgeable, and a delight to talk to! My girlfriend and I have been in there 3 times and she always makes us feel welcome and happy to be there!

I had a check for a large amount and I…

I had a check for a large amount and I wanted at least half back in cash my bank would only give me less then a quarter of the money. So I went to EZ Money they had a fee but I still got to have all the money back and got business taken care of. They took care of me when my bank failed me.
