The online application process is useless

The online application process is basically useless. They let me apply to a closed location that was still listed on their website. After providing my bank details online and getting pre-approved, I went in person only to be told they don't accept online banks. This is definitely something that should be filtered out during the online application!

To top it off, they forgot to give me back my ID, forcing me to return to get it. They were very apologetic about the ID, so I won't hold that against them too much, but the overall process is broken.

I agree with Jessica Miranda's…Lie, Lie, Lie

I agree with Jessica Miranda's review......I never took a loan and now am being harassed multiple times a day by a "third party". "They will start garnishing your wages and will take it out of your bank account" and supposedly this is from 2013.......look what anyone can get away with.....total lies 11 years later? They like to wait a bit to go after their debts I guess, another example of how shady they are.

SCAM. Called saying I owe them money I HAVE NEVER used a payday loan company in my life. Thanks to the lady threading me on phone.

Not EZ at all.

Not EZ at all. Had a bad experience yesterday. Took half the day to jump through hoops and finally just said forget it.
