The way you treat people when someone is struggling is an absolute joke!

I have used this company before in 2021, they were easy and helpful.
Yesterday, unexpectedly $388.20 was deducted from my account over a year later since I last used them? I don’t owe any money, and I have sent multiple emails and tried to reach out through social media and I have had no response since they have no contact number. I am so disgusted, upset and stressed that this company is able to deduct money without my knowledge after a year and have no way for any one to get in contact with them.

Absolutely outstanding the bond was paid within hours of making a payment couldn’t have asked for a better result 10 ⭐️

Great idea to assist with bonds and the setup and payment system wS easy. The team were fantastic.

Application process was very easy & straightforward, however I provided all details & had deposit paid well before cut off time only to find out that evening my bond wasn't paid at 4pm as advised, and we were left in limbo over a weekend with no means to contact company or rectify. This caused unnecessary pressure at an already stressful time. Have edited review to reflect the fact this was paid on the Monday & their connection team were very helpful with utilities.
