Not Happy!

Little did i know that as soon as you make an innocent enquiry to how much an estate agent charges, you are in the loop and so the estate agent has to charge more due to a commission to GetAgent

Great timely advice from Amelia Denton

Yesterday, l received a phone call from Amelia Denton, of 'Get Agent'. She was extremely helpful and informative. Amelia gave me some very good advice about the different estate agents in Finsbury Park and information about an auctioning my property.

Fees charged to agents (which are then passed on to seller) are not obvious.

Of the 4 agents that valued my property, all 4 stated that the 0.25% fee that is charged by Get Agent to them would be added to their fee and they would have done a lower fee if I had not used Get Agent to make contact.

GetAgent was very informative

GetAgent was very informative both on the webpage and on the phone . Chloe, who gave me a ring, was able to give me suggestions to help when the estate agents came round to give a valuation, which I would not have thought of. it was a pleasurable phone call.
