Austin did a great job working with me and explaining some of the challenges with flights around Christmas. Additionally he followed up after our selection when there was a better option available for me.
Thanks to Austin im now going to be able to see my family for Christmas day.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I booked a flight with them, the money was taken out of my bank account yet they are saying they have not received the funds and that my flight booking has not gone through.

I can't book a flight now until the funds come back because my bank is saying the third party need to accept or refuse the funds. I now have no flight to get on and my visit is fast approaching, with prices changing.

Do not book with them!
