I went in for a Vitamin C IV drip
I went in for a Vitamin C IV drip. While the office was great and the experience by itself was very smooth, my eyes started to swell up about 20 minutes after the consultation. When I called to ask about whether it was normal, I was told that “it hasn’t happened to previous customers before and unfortunately they can’t tell if it’s because of the treatment since it didn’t happen during the drip”. This only alarmed me more so I went to a pharmacist who told me that they’ve had others come in with the same problem after getting IVs from private centres. Luckily, the antihistamines they gave me helped calm it down but it has been 3 days since my appointment and my eyes are still a bit swollen.
Would be very careful when getting IV drips. Get A Drip did have me sign a waiver when I go in so I understand that they are not liable. But this entire experience was very uncomfortable and I am unlikely to ever get an IV from here again.

I recently try Getadrip to check how the platform works. Website design simple and not hard to understand. Signing up was quick and I didn’t face any big issue during the process. I also like that information is explained clearly so new users don’t feel too confused. It took little time to explore all features, but after that everything felt easier.
Prescription medication never delivered and no resolution
I have been a subscription customer with Get A Drip for over a year and this has been the worst experience I’ve had with any medication provider.
My Mounjaro order (over £190) was dispatched via DPD but never delivered due to an issue in my area. I provided evidence from DPD showing this, and two days later the tracking updated to “returned to consignor”, which confirms the parcel never reached me.
Despite sending this evidence multiple times, Get A Drip have refused to send a replacement or issue a refund. I am now going into my third week without medication that I rely on as part of an ongoing treatment plan.
What makes this worse is that they are still happy to continue the monthly subscription billing, yet there has been no urgency to resolve the fact that a patient has been left without their prescription.
This is not a pair of socks from an online shop – it is prescription medication that requires consistent use. If a company is offering subscription medication services, they should have delivery systems and customer support capable of handling issues like this without leaving patients without treatment.
Customer service responses have been slow and unhelpful, even though the courier tracking clearly shows the parcel was returned to them.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue to the General Pharmaceutical Council, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, and pursue a chargeback through my payment provider for goods not received.
Very disappointing experience and I would strongly advise others to think carefully before relying on this service for essential medication. I will happily update this review if the issue is resolved appropriately.
