Canary Wharf branch terrible service

As a loyal long-term Get a Drip client, I’m extremely let down by my visit to the Canary Wharf branch. The front-desk nurses include a blonde lady and an unskilled brunette. The brunette stuck me and my friend twice for IV access then blamed our narrow veins, with rude, condescending mean-girl vibes. I won’t use this clinic or Get a Drip anytime soon.

I had a Myers Cocktail drip before a busy work period and felt generally better afterwards. The nurse seemed experienced and explained things clearly. The clinic on King’s Road was clean and the appointment was handled without delays, which made the visit straightforward and comfortable.

The blood test offer is excellent and worth it.
However, I found some of the questionary unnecessarily intrusive, such as the sexual orientation questions. I can understand why an individual's sex at birth is important to examine their blood, however, I cannot understand the relevance or medical purpose of questionaire's focus on a person's sexual orientation or gender identification????
I also found the young woman, with dark curly hair in reception, who took my blood, unpleasant and unfriendly.

Awful

Don't usually write reviews but considering how bad this company is I had to. The consultants are awful, the customer support does not care at all. I made an order and they just vanished on me. No replying to any messages no communication no empathy no care for patients. Just the worst.
