Patches don’t work. I returned the item with proof of delivery but they still haven’t given a refund. Massive con.

The patches do not work, using for over a month and totally ineffective. Such a waste of money. Wish I had read reviews before buying. Don’t waste your money as I did!😣

My experience was unusual but very satisfying as although I bought the product, I had to request a refund which I thought would have caused problems.
I dealt with a very friendly member of staff named Patrick who walked me through the steps of the refund each step of the way and although I had a lot of anxiety about the refund/return process, he helped me get through it to a very satisfactory finish . Thank you Patrick, you spent alot of time chasing down my order numbers and UK addresses for the process and I couldn't have done it without you.

Gentle patches put me on autoship, which i never wanted! They sent me a 2nd order that I did not order! They charged me $29.92 for that 2nd order. I contacted them about sending back the patches and they gave me the run around about refunding me half the $. They wouldn't send me a prepaid shipping label. It cost me $12 to mail the patches back, and when they refunded some of my $ they didn't return $3 of it, the international shipping fee. So I lost $15 and had to deal with the stress of their mistake and dishonesty. They are already in my not an honest company and therefore I will never order anything from them again! I advise you not to either.

Gentle patches GLP-1 raised my blood pressure to a dangerous level within 1 week. I thought I was going to die! Worthless!!

I unfortunately had to complain about the courier delivering to the wrong address after very clear and very quick instructions on what images to send i got a response very quickly and was sent a new batch let’s see if yodel deliver correctly this time the customer service from all the team was outstanding but especially from Patrick a huge thank you for your brilliant

Sometimes things don’t go as planned in your life so I wrote to customer service and asked if I could cancel my subscription. They told me that they could offer me a discount and when I advised that I was sorry but that wouldn’t work so they said okay. I was very pleased because some companies have no heart and give you a hard time but they didn’t. They just said they were sorry to loose me and cancelled my subscription.

Terrible customer service! I returned the patches I ordered in January, they confirmed they received them and claimed they issued a refund on 1/30/26. I hadn’t received it on 2/12/26 so I reached out to them again. They responded that it was issued to my original payment method and said it was my banks problem. I contacted my credit card company who had me file a dispute. G.P. responded that my order was fulfilled and my claim was denied. I reopened the dispute with THEIR documentation that $0 refunds had been issued for my orders and THEIR emails that they issued me a refund. 4 months later still no refund! They are crooks and aren’t to be trusted.

My order was not what I expected. I contacted the company and within 1 minute had a very pleasant answer back.
My problem has been taken care of and I am amazed at the WONDERFUL customer service. Very nice to deal with people who actually do their jobs so well. Very , Very thankful.

Helpful & understanding & speedy

This company is scamming money out of hard working people with their spurious claims that you have a subscription.
They have taken money from my bank account without prior warning. I asked for a cancellation and refund and was told that the order had already dispatched so I was too late.If I want a refund I have to pay return costs and a “re-stocking” fee!
I want a full refund and instead they’ve offered percentage discounts.
I’m so angry that I’ve fallen victim to this.
The patches are rubbish. They don’t work. . Hold onto your cash and avoid at all costs.

I had an issue due to my own error. The company immediately resolved the problem.

I mistakenly paid for an order when looking for a discount I emailed this company and they refunded be immediately and a really kind email from Patrick in this day and age where I haven ripped off so many times I was so grateful would definitely use this company in the future
