I had a problem and it was sorted promptly

I don’t even going to write about how long the order took to be received but they need to improve that as well, but the product itself it’s a joke. Do not buy it, you are going to lose your money!!!

The product did not work for me. That is the reason I only bought once onlinence: 3 month supply. I then find I have been charged $82 on 6/20/26 for a renewal of the product I never wanted. I do not have an account on their website because there is no capability to do so. I have sent 5 emails requesting a return label and refund. I keep getting a BOT return message for a discount to keep the product. Do not buy this product. If it was that good you would keep buying the product. It is very deceptive: They use Amazon for delivery so you have no idea where the product came from to return it to.

Unethical. I emailed them to cancel all future product shipments. They acknowledged my request and confirmed it. Then I get a notification today that “my order is on its way” and I checked my bank acct and they had pulled money out. I sent a harsh email. They acknowledged it but said “we already shipped it so it’s too late to cancel” POS!
DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

Gentle Patches took money out of my account, without my permission and after weeks of phone calls, are still refusing to give my money back. Be very careful when dealing with this company.

What I do mind is underhand tactics and hard sell. Telling you you have subscribed and more patches will be charged for. Why would anyone subscribe without testing them out first
They do not work
They do cause gastric issues in the first few days and you might loose a couple of pounds. When this settles the pounds go back on and you are exactly the same weight.

I like the product. The GLP-1 did suppress my appetite. And reduced cravings.

I've lost 4 lbs in 6 days. Just started them last week. I noticed decreased appetite from 1st day, & decreased sugar cravings each day.

Still using. It is not magic. But helps in your weight loss.

I've only been using them for 2 weeks, but I'm down 2lbs already, and I haven't changed a thing yet!! The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 is that I want to wait until I've been on it at least a month to see just how effective they are overall - but so far, so good!!

I’ve been using the berberine patches for a few weeks now, but have not experienced any change in my weight, even though I continue to eat healthily. My activity level is moderate, as I am recovering from shoulder surgery, (joint replacement) but I’m definite not sedentary :-/

I was sent the incorrect product and despite my many emails I was not told that correct ones would be sent. I also had a bad skin reaction to what was sent. After 20 emails I was told to return the product with no return address and was told I would only be refunded for unopened product, not a full refund as advertised.

If I could give zero stars I would. It is very rare that I leave a review except in very good or very bad experiences.
This company and their product fall into the exceptionally bad!
To be clear I ordered one pack of GLP-1 weight management patches. They are sold as a means to speed up your metabolism. Cleverly using GLP-1 in the title they make you think it is like the weight reduction drug you can get from your Dr. They are not, and the ingredients do not work and did nothing for me. I did some further research after I bought them and they are useless as the ingredients do not absorb in quantities which would do anything. The claims have no medical backing, which you will read if you look at the really tiny print on the back of the packet. They con you with a promise that will never be fulfilled.
Even worse than a product which does not work is finding that I had been debitted for a monthly subscription that I did not authorise. As soon as I saw the pending payment I contacted them and told them to stop the delivery and the subscription.
The subscription is now cancelled but the payment has not been refunded. Also they did not stop the shipment and following a number of messages with the company they will not give me a full refund!
I have been offered 30%, 40%, and lastly 50% refund and I can keep the patches.
Their other offer is, I can return them at my cost, and wait at least 14 days for them to confirm arrival, and then they will take a further £5 off my "full refund" as a restocking charge!

My advice is avoid this company. Their products are false and do nothing for you, they then take money from your account under the guise of a subscription, and finally refuse to give you your money back!!!

I’ve all ready lots 4 lbs in 2 weeks!!! Hoping to keep it up to lose 25 by the end of my 3 months!!!

Started seeing results on my stomach area the second day. I look at my body only once a week. I was very skeptical...but I now see results. Gentle Patches actualy works. Highly recommend Gentle Patches!!!

I’ve been on these weight loss patches and put on they don’t curd your appetite,my dr says they useless .

I haven’t really observed any difference in my appetite yet. I have been using the patches for 7 days today.

While placing the order, my pc crashed, I had provided everything including email, address, bank details etc and I couldn’t retrieve my order. My payment had gone through and after a week of no correspondence, I reached out via the support email explaining everything and providing proof of payment and what I had ordered. Within seconds of me sending the email, I received a response saying they had received my order and provided me with a tracking number advising that my purchase was on its way. They have been professional in every way with my query and provided me with information about its whereabouts. I have not received my order yet but given the level of service I am looking forward to seeing the results and hope to be providing an update.
