One of the worst experiences you can have with any site like this I highly recommend not using it and just staying as far away from anything this company does as you can.

I was scammed just like others. I didn’t receive my order and I paid almost 9 dollars. How can you do that to my hard earned money.

Today is July 6, 2025… still no update and didn’t receive the account. So disappointed!

Listen. Depending on what game you’re looking into there will be some wait times, or stuff may happen. But every time I’ve gotten something it’s been exactly what I asked for, if you’re looking to have a fresh start or just staring out without whaling then this website is awesome.

I bought an account a couple of days ago, and I was told it may take longer due to delays. That's understandable, so I waited. Cue today, I have received no account, no further response, and they keep spamming my emails with trading accounts ?

Don't waste your time and money here, I will be contacting my bank to issue a refund soon and I urge you to do so too if you've fallen for this scam!

Okay so let's just be honest here these guys are just some random scammers. I ordered an account waited for A WHOLE MONTH just to find out that they have cancelled my order. Are you serious like i didn't even get any email regarding it and they even took the money. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE EVER AND EVER.

I made a purchase of an Epic Seven account that, when it arrived, had been banned weeks before I made the purchase. I know this because, when you log into the account, it shows that it was banned at the end of April, when I made the purchase in mid-June.

I wrote to the website's support team to request a solution, to which their so-called "legal team" responded a week later, threatening to take legal action if I filed a complaint with my bank. They even tried to threaten me by saying they had my personal IP address and payment information, among other things.

Obviously, I'm not just going to file a complaint, but also a formal complaint in Europe.

Be very careful with this company; they're scammers.

Bought something from them as a “gift” once. It arrived quickly, which was nice—I guess fast shipping works out when they really try. Unfortunately, waiting 7 days for it to work apparently equals 8 months in my case. Go figure.

Customer support might respond to you once, but any second email and beyond will likely be ignored—or you’ll get a bit of attitude instead. They also seem to enjoy flagging and filtering out reviews they don’t like. No refund policy either… yeah just leave it be.

They game me an account that would NOT open even after 6-7 days and wouldn't do anything. Do NOT buy from here the costumer service is also nonexistent.

I’ve purchased multiple accounts from the website and it’s legit, usually quick but sometimes there are delays, my only issue was with an account I had with Broly it just magically disappeared and when I logged in using the same info my acc was completely replaced with random LL’s (Legends Limited characters) and when I hit them up about it they sorta just ignored it so buy from them but lock the account up immediately like they recommend cause your acc might get recycled if someone pays a high enough price.

Bought a account and it came to me within the hour, Got exactly what I bought too.

After playing the game for about a month, my email account was suddenly deactivated, and now I can no longer log into my Genshin account. It seems like this may have been part of a scam, as I’ve completely lost access.
