When I needed a doctor and a prescription refill it was so easy to come to General Medicine and give them my health information and prescription and very quickly we began communicating. It was easy and the physician was very helpful and thorough. I recommend this service and there’s no reason to not get seen by a doctor these days. Every single interaction I have had with them from Customer Service to treating physicians has been well beyond my expectations. I have never used an online platform for my healthcare needs and my only complaint is that I wish I found them sooner! All of my questions have been answered quickly even on weekends. The providers are thorough and thoughtful. They even took care of writing an appeal to my insurance company for medical necessity. I was so impressed that I created another appointment the following day for more complex issues and they ordered every single lab test I requested and more. Highly recommend. Don’t spend hours of your day waiting at a doctors office when these guys are just one text away !

The doctors and staff always responded. Replied quickly. Got all of the information straight. My Glp 1 Bridge program had some hiccups at first but been smooth sailing. Your staff worked with my insurance and my pharmacy. I look forward to getting healthier. Thank you

I feel like general medicine saved my life although my condition was not fatal I was dying inside. The appointments are convenient and affordable and my team was capable attentive caring and frankly amazing. They remain available for questions advice and support even after your appointment.
