I received my order three days ago and…
I received my order three days ago and am very disappointed with the product. The unit I received is brownish-red, which is not what I expected, and it does not have a bang, even though I was told the missing bang was just an oversight.
In addition, the wig does not appear to be 300 density as advertised. The fullness and volume are significantly lower than I anticipated based on the product description and my expectations.
I was really looking forward to this order, so it’s very upsetting that the product does not match the advertised specifications or what I was told I would receive. I would recommend that you think twice before ordering from Geeta Hair, because I wasted more than $ 250!!!

I am writing another review to warn others. I am a real person. Geeta Hair has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, and in my experience, this company operates fraudulently. Many of the positive reviews appear to be fake. After I posted my original review, Geeta Hair contacted me and asked that I remove it in exchange for a refund. This only reinforced my concerns, as it seems they are trying to hide negative experiences rather than address them honestly. I do not recommend this company.

I bought the 13x 4 Reddish Brown HD Lace Front Human hair wig Auburn body wave (4x4 lace, 180%/28 inches). The hair was soft and looked amazing. The wig was true to length. I've bought many wigs in the past and will continue to patronize Geeta. They are my first go to for bundles and wigs.

I purchased this hair November 20. I noticed a lot of shedding from the beginning/. I was wearing scull caps due to the weather and when I went to pull it off ALOT of hair was still in it.. I brushed it with a wig brush and a lot more came out to the fact that I have a big bald spot in the top of my head and one in the back... i contacted the company and told them what was going on... I even stated that I would send this one back for another one because I paid 300 for this wig and only wore it once... they told me they could give me 25 dollars back..25.00 wont compensate this big ass hole I got in the top and back of my head!! I will NEVER order from this company again!!

This company is a scam
This company is a scam company. They sent me a wig of terrible quality and not the product I ordered. The wig was 2 weeks late and when I contacted them to follow their written return process they refused to honor their own refund policy. Their responses were very unprofessional and sounded like scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

I received my wig today and I was very pissed and disappointed for spending my hard earned money on a piece of trash! The only true thing about the wig as advertised was the drawstring. It was supposed to be glueless, but that was not the case. The sticky strips didn’t work and I had to use glue which didn’t secure the wig either. I’m done buying online wigs. They are Never what they claim to be!! Just trash!!!!

Not as advertised!! Beware. Scam. Looks nothing like photo. Ive started a dispute and will be reporting any other way that I can.
Response to their reply: I already contacted your customer service before this trust pilot review. You told me it cost too much for you to accept the return and you would fail to make a profit so you offered me $15 instead of the $200 I actually paid for the wig. You know you didn't send me what I paid for, and you knew you weren't going to accept this return. Despite saying on your website that returns are accepted! Your Business practices are messed up and you do this to people time and time again. I will keep reporting you to as many sites as possible! REFUND ME MY MONEY! SCAM!

Wig never came basically was robbed
I ordered this wig about two weeks ago and in mid delivery they requested for it to be returned back to the shipper. I contacted them plenty of times asking for it to be redirected back to me and I’m getting generic response. They are not remorseful or helpful about it. Once they have your money it’s a lost. I’m really sad that I spent my birthday money on this and I basically was scammed. No wig, nothing just money gone.

TERRIBLE customer service!
Terrible customer service. I bought a wig as a gift and my mother in law advised the colour was too light (before receiving the package). I contacted them within 24h asking for the return instructions, so I am informed upon receiving the product.
I am now at email number 11 with no return instructions from them and getting the run-around. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
