Never received the refrigerator filters ordered on Feb 03, 2023. My situation is like many below. Shipping problems, promised full refund and as of April 20, 2023 have not received refund.

After a month, no product, no refund, no communications. Scammers

I unfortunately fell for this scam. I ordered a seaglass Christmas tree off the site as a gift but instead came this plastic arts & crafts looking thing. I emailed them and they asked to send it back for the refund. Refund never came after them assuring me in various emails it was coming. Then finally after a month and 1/2 the email address is no longer valid. Absolute scam

Tried to buy GE refrigerator replacement water filter. Never received filter, contacted "customer service" and they kept telling me something happened during shipment. I cancelled my order and requested a refund. Never received and now the "customer service" email address is no longer valid. All I got for my trouble is inundated with phishing and scam emails. STAY AWAY, they are nothing but common criminals.

Ordered refrigerator filters and revived the wrong ones. Sent them back and unable to contact them now. Emails will not deliver. SCAMMERS STAY AWAY..

Ordered an upright walker for my sister in need, never received tracking number promised. Email conversation saying they were sorry and would ship out another immediately, no replies and no product, requesting payment reversal! Embarrassing after telling my sister it was coming. :(

I purchased water filters from this company 1/25/23. All kinds of the run around. Still no filters, I will call my credit card to get my money back.

Stay far away from this company, I just reported them to the better business bureau. Took My money in January for filter never received them no refund and not responding to my emails. Stay far away, scam!!!!!

I bought GE refrigerator water filters for $60, They came with no RFID chip and would not work. Company said no problem we give you $30 and you keep the filters. I said the filters were worthless and wanted a full refund. They gave me a shipping address in Pomona, CA and I sent the filters back. They acknowledged receipt of the filters and agreed to refund my $60. That was December 1st, 2022. No money was returned. I have sent emails and they just say wait it's on the way.

Do not buy from this website I bought a ultrasound dog replant sensor for my boyfriend around Christmas time and I never got the item its now the new year but they took my money. Tried leaving a bad review but my never showed up it only has the 5 star reviews don't buy its a scam

Worst quality product!
Do NOT buy from them, I bought a Perpetuel Motion Magic Wood & Marble kinetic Decor, and first of they haven't packed it properly so it had scratches all over the wood.

The wood looked cheap and orange compared to you writing its made of "high quality wood"

End what you call "stainless steel" I can see the 'metal' falling of like paint cracking off. both on the marbles and the wire track.

I asked for a refund.
You wrote:

But I paid 50$ - so you kindly offered to only pay a little more than half of the price back.

I can see you have removed the product from your website.
Good idea since it was rubbish 🗑 😒
