I placed an order for a side handle on this website. After waiting for 6 months without any sort of update or communication from the shop, I contacted them to ask for my money back. They told me the product I wanted was EOL and suggested me a slightly different version. I decided to go ahead with this, but when it arrived 7 months after placing my initial order, the handle was not at all what I expected and I didn't see myself using it. After contacting them about a return form, they told me without any further explanation that I could not return the item. I tried to get some further information or reasoning behind this, but they have decided to ignore all of my following mails. You would think that they'd put some effort into customer satisfaction after completely butchering an order for half a year. Very unsatisfied and will not order from them again.
