The box had been harmed and the soap…
The box had been harmed and the soap for the violin was fully broken. Also the quality of the hairs for the viool Arche was so bad that two or 3 just went out. Totally not satisfied.

Buy from somewhere else
I ordered a bass 2 months ago and kept getting emails about how they had not recieved said item from their supplier, despite the website saying the item was in stock when I ordered, so it had not been dispatched yet. I phoned up a few times in regards to this and the men I spoke to were rude and dismissive; sounded like they didn't even want to talk to me at all and didn't really care. One even put the phone down on me for no reason. After another email saying my item still wouldn't be dispatched yet, I asked for the item to be replaced for one that was in stock, to which they refused and informed me that I needed to pay again as my payment had expired after the first 28 days, and they had not informed me of this whatsoever. So I cancelled the order and will not be dealing with this company again I'll take my business elsewhere. Absolutely appalling customer service.

We are terribly sorry for the issues you have experienced. We can assure you this is not our standard practice and the issue has been raised with the management so this does not happen again. You may also be contacted shortly to discuss this matter further.
With regards to the date, our estimated delivery dates are normally reliable, and very occasionally when our website does not state that we have an item in stock, we rely on our suppliers to deliver the product within their normal time-scale. This clearly did not happen on this occasion, for which we are very sorry and will escalate with the suppliers.
With regards to the payment, when paying by credit or debit card, your card will not be debited until we ship your goods. Please note however, your bank will take a pre-authorisation and reserve funds against your available balance, which means in some cases it may appear that we have debited your card. However, the final transaction date on your statement will be the date we dispatch your order. If your order arrives 28 days after placing the order, the pre authorisation would have expired and the transaction needs to be placed again. WE apologise if this was not made clear before.
With regards to the service you have received from our agents, we cannot comment on the progress of internal investigations but can assure you that all feedback is welcomed and looked into so it does not become reocurrence.
Once again we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
