Bax-shop does a really good job. They really keep it simple. You order somehitng online, ship it to either your address or at the store for free. Prices are decent, always in accordance to their competitors. Definitely recommend it

Bass without the bass. My favorite.
So. I ordered a bass, an Ibanez GSR180BK and it arrived in 2 days. Without the Ibanez GSR180BK. Everything else e.g. the cover, finger exerciser and a clip-on tuner had arrived. Here I am, hugging the cover, and listening to RHCP and imitating the b a s s while being mildly dissatisfied, disappointed and they said 'Oh We'Ll cHeCk tHe CaMeRaS aNd AsK eVeRyBoDy wOrKiNg' t'is definitely a lie. Just avoid this quizzaciously sh t sh t. And also all of the good ratings here are probably fake or they got veeeeery lucky.
Delivery and Customer service
Just to let everyone know that delivery service of this company into the uk is crap probably because of Brexit. Their website shows an address registered in Kent so I thought the delivery would be quick only to find out that their items are from the Netherlands. Customer Service is also crap, sounded very uninterested to help. So be warned!
Online order with pick up
Very good website and ordering process. My order was ready within one day. Also very good attendance with sipatic workers. There must have forgoten to anote in their system that I had picked my order, since I recieved some e-mails from them the next week saying I should pick it up or it would be canceled. But minor issue between a very good service.
