Worst customer service on the planet. They just straight up ignored me, even though I was very polite.
Never shop with them. Items supposedly in stock are not.

New Launch - G4M 529 Pro 8 String Review
The product was delivered fast and in great shape. I got the new launched 529 8 string model. I wasn't expecting such quality for such price. I had only looked up some reviews on the older model(Subzero) and none of the problems that were mentioned were present on the new model. Obviously it's not perfectly set up right out the box but it's all things that can be fixed(truss rod adjustment, leveling the frets, nut slot adjustments). The only main concern i have is the delivery date, which it was way too quick! I had set up a schedule to receive the package but it was delivered one day early. Luckily I was home by then so there were no issues but it's one thing to keep in mind.

Package arrived fast and I am happy with the quality. Setting it up is easy and fast as well. I am an adult starting to learn music so for me this has been perfect the last year that I have the instrument.

One stand new, other slight damage
Ordered 2 speaker stands. Product arrived in promised time. However one of the box was packed and sealed differently. One stand has pretty nasty paint damage (could be returned product since package has no real visible damage).
