Valuable training to learn about CTR
Valuable training, useful to go through all these steps. Few points:
- timing for each module seems to be a gross overestimation of actual time.
- some of the questions that ask for an opinion list a very limited set of options - should perhaps include "other" as an option.

It's great to read that you found it a valuable and useful course! Nice confirmation for us. Regarding the duration of the course: it is difficult to give a very precise indication, after all, one person is faster than another. We calculated the average of the experience figures. Apparently, you belong to the very fast people!
And about the poll questions: of course, we are always open to more options in these questions. Especially if 'your' option was not included, it would be great to add it. If you would like to send us the supplement including the corresponding question, it would be very welcome!

ECTR course
Finished the ECTR course. Good course, not all items applicable for CRO employees but still good to know.
A thing that needs to be improved are the place of the knowledge questions during the course. In most cases you get first the question and later on you learn about the topic. Which can result in a wrong answer (because you haven't learned what they are asking) and a negative feeling about yourself and feeling negative about the course.

Regarding your comment on the activities, we would like to explain why they were implemented in this way: research has shown that learners remember the most when they are actively engaged in the content. Therefore, we have built in many activities that allow you to retrieve new and activate existing knowledge and actively learn from the feedback you get on each answer given. It is unfortunate, however, if you experience this as negative when you give the wrong answer.
Perhaps it will be helpful if, just before you start your first activity, we explain our philosophy. And also mention that you will not be judged on your answer, but that the activities are purely there to learn from and to activate your existing knowledge.

The course was to extensive for me.
I would have liked it to be more practical, let's say: every chapter should end with a summary, so that I can look back and remember more.
The overview in graph form I found very helpfull. It would help me if I could donwload these in print friendly format.

The underlying final attainment levels of this WMO GCP Recertification course are determined by the EMWO and are conditional for recertification. This is the reason is why this course is fairly extensive; alle these levels are addressed in this course. Next time you want to do the recertification course and you activate the course in your existing account, you will only have to compleet the updates.

Progress GCP central
GCP central has clearly improved in recent years. What I miss enormously compared with live training sessions are the discussions and practical examples. It is important to maintain a dialogue so that GCP does not lead to unworkability or a jungle of (unnecessary) rules.

With regards to the questions that did not show up; this is probably due to the session time-out. This time-out can be a little unpleasant, but we need to do this to protect your privacy. In order to show the missing questions, you only need to refresh your browser and log back in.
Of course we make sure that all content is complete and updated. The fact that the texts and graphs were the same, as the last time you completed the course, has to do with the fact that there were no changes in those specific parts of the content. Chapters with major changes are clearly marked with a red circle with an exclamation mark.

Generally everything was clear to me
Generally everything was clear to me. However, there was little information. I would appreciate more information, because in some questions I had to guess what the answers would be.
Some questions were not clear. It depends on the point of view which answer was required. Questions should be more precise and not be subject to personal interpretation.

It is a good thing to update your knowledge in an interactive way with questions, polls and interviews. Sometimes the questions do not give enough detail to answer them.

Mainly textual information with little interactive learning aspects. Questions can sometimes be interpreted in several ways. Positive: some movies, however written interviews were also present...
The laws and regulations are of course somewhat boring, but animated videos with, for example, flowcharts could have helped.

I found it an interesting course
I found it an interesting course. Very good lay-out and interactive with questions, tables and short film.
When the EU-portal will be available it is good to have already a basic knowledge. It will of course become clearer after some practice in the portal itself.

The GCP blended training of GCP Central…
The GCP blended training of GCP Central is a very complete, easy to understand training on GCP. The online part is very clear written. I could do it on all my devices (tablet, laptop, desktop, phone). Also I could start, stop and re-start at my own time. The 'class room' part is interactive, I could ask all the questions I had at the moment I had them. I also got some more background information on the development of GCP and other rules- and regulations, which is very useful for me. I enjoyed following this training, both the online part and the 'class room' part.

-'Preparation' module uses terms not explained until the next (Basic) module;
-Many questions come before the relevant explanation.
-all text should be proof-read by a native speaker with writing experience, the number of errors is astonishing given the cost of the course
-I think the answer to the question concerning 'clinical trial on a medicinal product' is incorrect. the explanatory text seems different from the answers that light up as being correct

Terms: these are explained in the ‘Basic’ module, because that is the first module. After the ‘Basic’ module comes the ‘Preparation’ module. The terms are always accessible via the information button. We will try to make this clearer for the users.
