Absolutely shocking experience
Absolutely shocking experience, easily one of the worst services I’ve ever used.
From the start, communication was terrible. I followed their instructions and called ahead, yet when I arrived at Gatwick there was no one there. I ended up waiting around for 45 minutes, repeatedly calling and being told “someone is coming” with no real update or urgency. It got to the point where I was genuinely worried I was going to miss my flight because of their incompetence.
Things only got worse from there. When I returned, I discovered they hadn’t even moved my car for the entire duration of my trip. It had just been left sitting in the terminal car park the whole time, completely defeating the purpose of paying for a parking service in the first place.
On top of that, I was forced to pay the driver £10 at both drop-off and collection, which was never made clear upfront. Then, to make matters even worse, when I tried to leave the airport, I was hit with a £280 charge at the barrier because the car had been left there for 3 days. Completely unacceptable.
Rude staff, zero accountability, hidden costs, and a service that simply wasn’t delivered. Avoid at all costs.
