Convenient location only few minutes away from the airport, competitive rates, friendly and efficient service, really felt being looked after from the booking. Will use again!

Excellent service, thank you. Will definitely use for future trips. I found this service different as felt far more personal and we really valued being able to communicate with a named person rather than doing everything via an online form. Really clear directions on getting to the site, super quick transfer to the airport (offloaded cases from our car directly into the transfer car and off we went) and same great service on return.

Instructions were very clear to reach their place and pickup and drop-off to Gatwick airport was very quick by their cab. I found their service is better than meet and greet. I will use their service again and recommend to my friends

Absolutely brilliant arrived parked transfer vehicle came to car and cases put in and off to the airport in less than 10 minutes. On our return simple clear instructions where to meet and within 2 minutes we were collected. Can’t thank you enough for the polite courteous service that we received how on earth would anyone want to go elsewhere.

From the moment I made my enquiry, the communication was clear and concise, very polite and professional. I voiced my concerns about my experience I had with a meet and greet valet service from last year, where my vehicles trip counter when I handed it over had 4800 miles clocked. When the vehicle was returned, the trip counter had been reset and it had clocked up 430 miles. There should have been no reason to reset my trip counter, let alone clock up 430 miles.
Gatwick Park and Fly assured me my vehicle, once parked will not be moved. Two weeks later when I went to collect it, it was where I had left it. Prompt pick up from Gatwick North Terminal, overall, I cannot fault the excellent service. I will definitely be using Gatwick Park and Fly again, and recommending them to all my friends and anyone else that may require their services.

Great from start to finish, responded in a timely manor. Very clear instructions how to find them, and very accomodating with the very early start. Car was secure, Great communication, thoroughly recommend, would use again.

I was given a 7 day quote. Decided to take up the offer before the 7 days were up and was told they couldn't now offer me parking! The address is a farm, surely they aren't that booked up, it's now out of season! The email, said 'please consider us in the future', no way!

Easy to book, easy to pay for, and only about 10mins from the airport, by the shuttle bus provided. On return from holiday, a quick phone call to the office, on the number provided, and the transport was picking us up from outside the arrivals hall within 10 mins. Collects from both terminals, and is a very efficient service, by the team. Would definitely use again, when flying from Gatwick, and would recommend others to try.

We were so pleasantly surprised by this parking service. It’s family fun, super friendly, no waiting around whatsoever and really efficient. It really was a first class service and I think from now on when we travel from Gatwick, we won’t use anyone else. We were so tired of the dodgy meet and greet companies and we’ve now found a perfect and convenient alternative. Thank you for making our travels so much easier with our toddler!

From the very first phone call, the service is professional, efficient, accurate, really flawless. Access is guided superbly. The drive to the airport is immediate, pleasant, and even luxurious. The pick on on the way back was very swift too. Will use it again and again, does not get much better than that.
