Flyparks Gatwick Park & Ride  Reviews 

So unusual these days, and very welcome, to deal with a real named person at the end of an email / phone rather than a faceless booking system. The Flyparks Gatwick service was excellent - quick response to enquiry, good value quote, clear instructions to locate the parking and immediate transfer to the terminal on departure.
Had to wait 5 minutes for the transfer back to the parking on our return from holiday, but given that our flight was cancelled and we were on an earlier flight, so the Flyparks team had to reorganise for our pickup, this was no issue at all. Would definitely use again, and happy to recommend to anyone else.

We used Flyparks Gatwick from 15-22nd June 2024. It was an excellent service from start to finish. Supportive emails from the beginning, with a competitive fee. Found the site easily and was impressed with the security. Rep was friendly and helpful, and we were delivered and collected very quickly. We didn't share the journeys so felt like a bespoke service. We will definitely use Flyparks again for any Gatwick trips.

Excellent communication by email. Questions answered fully with provision of all necessary details. On arrival friendly welcome with minibus transfer taking about 15 minutes. Similarly on return no issues and very straightforward return. Happy with personal service and would highly recommend.

Excellent service and will use again. From initial contact and all the changes to our flight to the clear instructions to find them and the pick up from the airport, we could not fault them.

Great Communication. Easy to find if you follow the instructions sent. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Quick transfer time to the airport and a very safe place to leave your car.

Can't fault the service I was provided, the driver met us at the gate and escorted us to our parking bay, loaded the case and was off, the driver explained where to go and what to do on our return. 5star service will definitely be using again.

Absolutely fantastic service.
Was very sceptical at first as you can’t book online you have to email and pay through PayPal or bank transfer.
But the service was great. So much more convenient than air parks and you get your own private transportation there and back right to your car. They provide a car seat which is appropriate for your child’s age.
Location is great not far from the airport so drive was quick. Hassle free on the way back , they track your flight and you just give them a call to say your ready they was there within 10 minutes faultless service highly recommend have told friends and family who will book now for there holidays.

Excellent parking facility, good value for money, reliable timings.
OK it's 10 minutes away from the airport: allow extra time to find the place. But having parked you get a prompt trip in a minibus and dropped off at the terminal.
On return, a phonecall from the baggage hall brings the driver back in 10 minutes.
Manager is polite, friendly, helpful.
A complete contrast to the usual valet companies !

Prompt, efficient, good value and courteous service to the airport and when returning after our holiday. Car in the car park was exactly as we left it. Thanks. We were impressed.

We thought the service given was impeccable. Mark was very friendly and helpful. There was 7 of us and he took us all to the airport, we needed 2 child seats. 1 for an 18 month old and another for a 4 year old. So the appropriate seats were set in place when we arrived. It was great knowing that our cars were safe and secure. Absolutely recommend this service. We will use again.

Superb transfer.
We will now use Gatwick Park and Fly for all future trips. It was so easy, everyone online in the phone and in person was so friendly and it was stress free. We were dropped at arrivals within minutes, knew our car was safe, the price was very good and the collect so speedy!
