So pleased with this gate. It looks beautiful and is excellent quality and so well made. It arrived on time and very well packaged. We have had so many compliments from people walking by. The gate is brilliant, as another reviewer said "it's the nicest one around" - we are totally happy with it.
The delivery was spot on to the day and being free was an added bonus.
The order process was done by a combination of email and phone call and was a bit "woolly" but we got there in the end.

Made to measure hardwood garden gate exceeded my expectations . Overall quality and workmanship is to a very high standard with detailing of chamfered edges and corners giving a really nice feel. Having shopped around l would certainly recommend Gatewrights.

I have recently purchased a pair of gates from Gatewrights. The process went very smoothly, commencing with an indicative quotation based on information supplied by me, and a final figure based on a site visit by their fitting team. I had seen gates made by them previously and was expecting a good product, but the gates provided were superb. The quality of the galvanised ironmongery was in keeping with the carpentry, all excellent.

I wanted to find a company that was local and could make a gate to a specific size. I found this in Gatewrights, very reasonable price for the quality craftsmanship that goes into their products I expect to last for years. If you get a heavy duty gate remember it’s really heavy.

Ordered a softwood side gate. Great communication from the outset. The gate was delivered to central Scotland on 24 hr delivery, and was very well packaged. The detail and fine craftsmanship is outstanding with wooden dowels used at the main frame joints. Really impressed in what I received for the money spent and will use Gatewrights again in future.

The Gatewrights team was recommended by a neighbour. They were absolutely right!
On first contact we provided some rough measurements and photos, as our entrance area is very irregular and has a bit of a slope.
They adjusted their proposal according to our requests and provided a very detailed quotation. They also recommended some changes to our driveway to make the whole entrance area more appealing.
The 2 teams coordinated their work and the result is absolutely stunning

Even so, very well made, very nicely finished, sanded down and exactly matching my measurements.
