After withdraw crypto to my personal wallet, Gate blocked any new withdraws. It´s been +8 months that I can´t withdraw my money, more than 10k stuck on Gate!
I´ve send multiple tickets to support, always replays from Ai Bots, and when someone replies say they are going so upscale, Replying: “please wait, your funds are safe” “Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to expedite the process and will notify you as soon as the issue is resolved. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding.. “ bla..bla.. for +8 months now!
I´ve send emails to Gate Support, Gate OPS, Gate Regulatory, and they don´t resolve the situation, always stalling! Saying for me to contact an India police inspector or seek India legal advice, and I´m from Europe! Never been to India nor do I know any India citizens!

Gate's interface took me a day to get used to, but once I did, it felt powerful. The order tools, chart integration, and risk controls are more advanced than I expected. It feels built for traders, not just casual users.
