Ordered 24 bottles of wine
Ordered 24 bottles of wine, initial cost £96. Delivery £26. Hit with import duties etc. of £116 in UK, which I had to pay before UPS delivery. Gone from £96 (£4 per bottle) to £238 (a shade less than £10 per bottle), and I still haven't received the wine! Don't bother, plenty better deals to be had locally. Only good thing - I was kept updated on the progress during transit.

Since Brexit, shipments to the United Kingdom may be subject to Import Duty, Excise Duty, VAT and customs clearance fees, which are determined and collected by the UK authorities and the courier on their behalf. These charges are not collected or retained by Garrafeira da Ilha, and we do not receive any part of these payments.
We also understand that the delivery delay has made the overall experience even more disappointing. We will continue to monitor your shipment until it has been successfully delivered.

Absolutely fantastic customer service…
Absolutely fantastic customer service aswell as the wine Porta 6 incredible taste.
We had a mix up on our order first of all the communication with customer service was so quick.
To resolve our problem customer service have resent our original order aswell as keeping the order that was mixed up .
We where Absolutely delighted with this.
Thank-you so much again for looking after us so well .
Will most definitely be ordering in the future .

Initial order was delayed. A second replacement order arrived. All good with the delivery - the wine (Porto 6 Reserve) is really good (came in glass bottles)
