Not impressed
The packing was appalling, cardboard damp. The agapanthus bulbs were totally pot bound but thankfully sorted and looking better. The storm cloud geranium had 4 leaves one of which was dead and another just lying on the pot. Now potted up in large container and has mildew. Have had to remove another leaf. All in all not very impressive.

Ordering was straight forward with a huge variety to select from. I easily found what I was seeking and at a realistic price. Payment was simple too. Within a few days my order arrived and I was delighted with the quality of the bulbs and the plants which were exceptional and ready for planting. I am happy to say that they are really blossoming out in the garden as I got them planted a few hours before we had our first rain.

Delivery company had insufficient address so couldn't deliver on day expected. Asked me to contact you to send correct address so received plants a day later. Thankfully they still arrived looking very healthy and I watered them on safe arrival!
You appear to have my correct address and other plants have always arrived safely on time, so I'm not sure why it didn't go through correctly for delivery!

Excellent all round service!
I've had four deliveries of plants and plant plugs from Garden Direct this year and all have been received in excellent health, very well protected in strong packaging, and delivered in good time. Garden Direct also kept me well informed as to the processing of my orders, and their website is very absorbing leaving me tempted to buy more!!.
