Ordered the Sumisoaker with the reel via the web page.
A really easy page to navigate through l, which always makes the buying experience worthwhile.
The soaker arrived well packaged and within a couple of days.
The reel is sturdy and well made, after a couple of minutes putting it together it was already to go.
A great piece of kit and works really well. The only thing you need to be aware of is the water is really fine so you get soaked when trying to move it :)

Had a problem with delivery. Contacted the company and spoke with Ryan who immediately looked up my order details. He emailed me back within hour having resolved the problem and maintained contact through emails until I received goods within next 48 hours.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company at all costs. Hose developed a leak after the 2nd use, company outright refused to refund saying it it's developed a leak i must have damaged it!
All I did was follow their instructions.
It's not fit for purpose and the company garden imports don't seem to think the consumer rights apply to them.
I'm not the only person to have this problem from the company.
Having to go through the credit card company to request a refund through a charge back.
Edit - this company have tried to have this negative review removed from trust pilot by flagging it. Everything contained in this review is completely factual.
The evidence was submitted to the credit card company who agreed with me and refunded the money via a charge back..

We're sorry you are disappointed, we get a lot of very positive feedback about the SumiSoaker and our customer service. The damage you reported was not a leak, but actually a rupture in the hose, which can only occur as a result of far too much water pressure being applied. The instructions provided are very clear and explain the steps to take when using the SumiSoaker. As a gesture of goodwill, you were offered a replacement free of charge but we did ask you to pay the postage cost given that this was a user error and not a manufacturing fault.
Solid buying experience.
Just bought a sumisoaker. I can't speak to the longevity of the product because I've only just used.
However, the buying experience was solid. Email confirmation of shipping via DHL within a couple of hours, and the hose was delivered a day or 2 later. Everything was advertised and seems to be working well.

Awful firm
I bought a Radius PRO Weeder from this firm. Their website described it as "an industrial strength stand-up weeder that pries out deeply rooted weeds and unwanted tree and shrub seedlings". It broke after a few uses when the blade split just below the handle.
I contacted the firm, but they refused to help and just falsely claimed that the failure occurred because the tool was "being used as a lever". I explained that this was not true and I had only used the tool to dig out weeds. They still refused to help.
I then asked them about the Lifetime Warranty that is clearly printed on the handle of the tool. They again refused to help.
This firm sells some nice looking stuff, but if things go wrong they will not help you.
Do yourself a favour and buy from a reputable firm that will stand behind the products they sell.
I was very close to buying some more of the Radius Pro tools from Garden Imports. I am just glad I didn't.
Update: Garden Imports replied to my review 3 years after I left it. Needless to say, they think their response to my complaint was reasonable and nothing changed. I am puzzled as to why they even bothered replying after such a delay. Interestingly they no longer sell Radius PRO Weeder that I complained about.
I still recommend that you avoid this firm.

We take warranty claims seriously and do not refuse assistance simply because a product has failed. Each claim is assessed from the information and photographs provided. In this case, the nature and location of the damage indicated that the blade had been subjected to excessive levering or sideways force, rather than suffering from a manufacturing defect.
The Radius PRO Weeder is designed to remove deeply rooted weeds and seedlings by working the blade into the soil and using the tool as intended. However, like any digging tool, it can be damaged if excessive leverage is applied—particularly against an immovable root or obstruction.
The lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and manufacture, but it does not provide unconditional cover for accidental damage, misuse or damage caused by forces beyond the tool’s intended use. The presence of a lifetime-warranty statement does not mean that every type of breakage is automatically covered.
We appreciate that you disagree with our assessment, and we are sorry that we could not reach the outcome you wanted. However, our decision was based on the apparent cause of the damage and the applicable warranty conditions, not an unwillingness to support products purchased from us.
