I ordered a lb of shake and it took forever to get ahold of customer service. It eventually did come and it was all right but I won't be buying from them again due to their poor customer service and zero response

Got my medicine yesterday GSC. It tastes like crap and doesn’t do a thing other then make you feel sick. I suspect it’s been prewashed already or tumbled then sold to me. It says it’s up to 28% thc for the GSC but it’s more like 5%. I will never buy from them ever again they are a complete and utter waste of my hard earned cash. What a joke at $185 an ounce for a bunch of washed garbage. Do not buy from these scammers they do not care about you or your health. Beware of Ganja Group they will rip you off.

Their services is good, i am very impressed. Got an order and it absolutely like the picture.Ordered many times n always got it with no problems n always comes with extras these guys are awesome only thing is the long wait but well worth it I would definitely recommend.I recommend ganja group to everyone they are great!! The phone number isn't theirs, the address also isn't theirs and there is zero customer service. Do NOT give these people your money! Its been over a week and still no response.

I had ordered from gangagroup.ca multiple times before and had been very pleased with their product.Second last time,I had tried Alpha Blue and it was amazing,so I ordered 2 more ounces of it(thinking it would be the same as last time),when I got that 2 ounce order and unsealed it-the smell of mould was overpowering.I emailed them and they asked for pics-I sent them pics and the mould was clearly visible(formed a spiderweb-like design all over the weed,days went by and I never heard heard back-I emailed them again and they wrote asking what I am hoping for-I asked for smokeable weed or my money back..many days have gone by and they won't even respond.They were my go-to company to order from,really trusted these guys and they sent me 2 ounces of mould,no weed to smoke now and lost all that money.Thanks alot Ganja Group.Really let-down.

We ordered an OZ. The shipping was brutally slow, but thats minor. The product is FULL of seeds, and tastes HORRIBLE. I talked with a few friends that are pro's, they inpected it. Its full of fertilizer that was not flushed. It burns black and crackles. It's disgusting. They will not reply to email, and the live chat operator said it's not their problem. 100% scam.

Weve been ordering from Ganja group for the past 6 months. I buy shake to make edibles and have tried many of their strains from the $3 grams up to $11 grams. The product.. some is ok and some is good. Price wise its excellent. The communication could be alot better and would alleviate anxiety when orders go astray or are delayed. I have always received my shipments and when an error was made they immediately resent my order . I trust them 100%

Terrible product! You really get what you pay for which is not much. Switched from my usual dispensary because of a sale...Product tastes like fertilizer and is full of seeds. So gross! Oh and they haven't replied to my emails yet....Shipping/processing time was the only positive!!

Site had got closed for maintenance and my package was late so they added a whole bunch of extra weed this site is the best i hope it opens again

Made an order with a friend the other week and they said they never got the etransfer even tho the money was out of the account so we email them back and forth finally we get our package on the way and it got here within two days witch is good because we live in the north, long story short they ended up shorting us over 14 grams after emailing them back got nothing, will be going else where, honestly one star is too much for these guys wish I could give less

i olaced and odder on friday that just passed a d sent the etransfer. and they accepted it. and now thdy are saying they never got it. and. i keep emailing them with no response. not happy at all and i oive in revelstoke. so it. shouldnt be hard to get an prder from van. but these guys so far are a joke of a company and i will be going to the bank tomorrrow to take legal action ..there site wont even let you post a review nor call me. or. return an email. after i emailed them screen shots of. the transfer being accepted by them

made an order for 3lb after having some difficulty with my med crop. Got 3 tracking numbers sent to me then the out of stock message right after. This seemed rather fishy so I looked for reviews. This was rather worrying, seeing what is here about poor quality products if any arrived at all. I emailed them requesting a refund, no answer for some days. Still no update on the tracking numbers, they where just generated online nothing was dropped to the post office. I then got fed up, contacted interact and requested they trace my transfer as I was concerned the company I sent it to was fraudulent. I also emailed all 3 emails ganjagroup.ca had emailed me from but not responded to my inquiries to after order. I advised them of my course of action and once again requested my funds back. This does work people, I got my 2500$ back within a day of that email. I personally cannot risk having 3 months of meds that may or may not be what is advertised. I cannot speak to the quality of the products as I did not receive them, but sketchy when they take your money, send tracking then say they're out of stock and don't reply to inquiries. Plus its hard to believe that all the complaints here are from competitors?

Got an order and it absolutely not like the picture.
I contacted Support and they offered me a 40% in Reward Points.
Told me that they didn't had time to change the picture.
1 Weeks after, still the same picture...

My orders have all taken at least 12 days to get to my house. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and just got an email today saying they can't fill it yet and will give me a $50 credit. Even if they clear it up next week, that's almost a month waiting. So they took my money before they even have product. These guys are ridiculous middle men.
