Their customer support team deserves all the praise. They are patient, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist, making the transition to their platform seamless. We've seen a significant increase in productivity since switching from another platform to Ulatel. Their call queuing feature ensures our customers never face long wait times. Highly recommended!

Their sales practices are immortal and…

Their sales practices are immortal and unethical. I wouldn't even consider doing business with them. One of their "business development" people cold called me. He pretended like one of our Company Presidents specifically asked him to call me. When confronted with his lie, he got belligerent, rude and unprofessional.

Great VoIP service for our local business

I would say that ULTATEL has helped my team do so much in a way that brought us more sales in months. Before deciding to use VoIP, my parents bakery handled customer calls using a traditional telephone. This was great until we decided to expand. I learned from a colleague about VoIP and unified communications, where we could do everything from taking orders and reservations from customers more efficiently, to making sure that my employees are staying productive and engaged.

Also, when you check ULTATEL blog and website you have a feeling that they know what they are doing, which is extremely important since I take a lot of orders by phone.

To share an experience, one time we had some staff attendance issues, but thanks to ULTATEL, we were able to manage it since the platform let us communicate quickly and even do video calls, wherever we are. This wouldn't be possible with a traditional landline.

One of the best features ULTATEL has, and I stress this out for super busy days, is the call recording. When you get a ton of orders, it's possible to miss important details.

With the call recording feature, we just open our account on ULTATEL website and can listen to all the conversations we had with clients, to make sure we ship out orders flawlessly.

I highly recommend ULTATEL for anyone trying to step up their phone system.
