2017 I wrote a review about how this is a scam site. Trustpilot took it down because they say it was bought by an new company. Well look now 9 more years of scaming peaple you can see in the reviews. Shame on you Trustpilot do better don't side with the scam artists.

Ordered Dark Souls 3 and received no key. If I don't receive my key within one week than ill make sure that this scam website is no longer up.

clear scam company, took payment with no product. signed up my card to a monthly payment with no permission. contact info does not work, terms and conditions are copied from G2A. avoid avoid avoid

Scam site! Ordered game and no key recieved.
Contacted them by the email given on the site but the email does not exist.
Contacted them on their facebook page and no response.

Today is the 8th Jan 2024 and my order from 2nd March 2023 is still "processing"

6 day and nothing happened..
i ordered RedDead redemption and 6 day passed and i didn-t get any key yet...
Support is inacessible.

GAME CHEST GROUP ran the scam site ubercrate.io check out the trust pilot reviews on ubercrate. It makes me sick that these people are still getting away with this.

GAME CHEST GROUP has taken up a lot of people's time and money and should not be trusted with yours.
I dont trust the service to test myself with my money however they dont have a good track record

Bought Nioh for a great price, was worried it was a scam because there was a delay in processing the code but this was sorted out as soon as I emailed customer support.

Nioh is now in my UK Steam library - this site is NOT a scam!

Bought a DLC for Surviving mars, was heaps keen to smash out a big session, but no, they haven't delivered. Looks like it's going to take 24 hours or so.

Its been 30 hours , the website seems legit and good , well im waitting either scammed or got my keys , giving 3 stars for them for the delay.

I bought Gamethrill's game crate and I am very pleased. Have tried games I probably wouldn't have bought and found them really fun if it had not been for Gamethrill's game crate.

need help paid for 10$ crate havent recived it been more than a few hours

I ordered a game 24 hours ago (Order #16254) as their website has decent prices and as it says on the front page "instant delviery". Upon purchasing, I was then told it could take up to 24 hours... This was my first red flag.

I waited 12+ hours and when I didn't receive my game I contacted support via facebook and via email - but neither have replied yet.

24 hours have passed now with no game, no refund and no support availabe. If I don't hear from them in the next 24 hours I'll be speaking to my credit card company to see how I can issue a claim for a refund...

Got my game in 2 minutes and talked to an awesome guy in the support
