I just bought a game , and i had some problem to login into my account , i submitted a ticket and received a support in less 2 min , the best and the fastest support that i received in my whole life !

Absolute scam of a website. Don't make it clear when buying an item that it has to be a certain platform and if you don’t read the sections in red which is basically anything they don’t tell you at first they don’t help. Scammed me of £20 would not recommend

Found the game my kids wanted for a significantly lower price.
I've made a mistake during the process of getting the game on my console and got "stuck" out of the account(should have been more attentive to the instructions they provided).
Once i contacted their support, they were very helpful! Responded immidiately, asked queations until they fully unserstood the problem, lrovided a solution and even followed up to check if everything was solved.
