Bought a game twice because I did something wrong the first time. Got an email with verification of my second purchase so I explained the situation. I got assisted on how to fix my mistake from the first purchase. The replies were so fast, so I am really happy with the help I got! :)

Fast and helpful

This website is doing something very shady and fishy. I purchased the game "Ghost of Yotei" for PS5, and after completion they were really fast to expedite the process and send me the game. I thought.. Cause what I received was a Microsoft Docs document, that told me to logout of my own account and sign in to a different account. A account that now has to live on my console, and an account which im sharing with other people when it comes to my purchase of the game. This can't be real. This is so illegal! I can literally see on this other account, than yes, I can download the game from here, but somebody has already played it for 43 hours and received 24/62 trophies. I then have to switch back to my own account and play it from there. But this weird "we share the same account with strangers" has to be in the background. The game is not linked to my playstation account, and honestly, when Sony figures out this is how you're making a profit it can also be considered a scam and a way of us the consumer not being able to play the game in the future, or worse we the consumer can get banned or fined for actions like these. I have reached out to their support about this, created a ticket, but no. Either I want my own code for the game, so I can have it on my own playstation account, cause there is no way in hell I want a shady different account on my console just to play one game. It is not something that was listed before purchasing, so it is therefore not something you can expect your consumer just wants to acknowledge either. I want my own code for the game!

Their support has replied with: This is how they literally operate and you can read it under the FAQ. How the F*** can this be legal...

You get the product you pay for. There come certain rules with it. You got to follow them otherwise they block the game you bought (if bought an acc)
Very friendly Customer Support and helpful

Excellent client management. By far the most consumer friendly company of their kind. I recently faced an issue where i could no longer access a game I once purchased. I initially gave up and didn't plan on reaching out for help, as of recently however i figured giving it a go and i am so glad i did. I must specifically give a shout out to lovely miss Julia, she is the person that handled my request and within a matter of not even an hour I was playing one of my favorite games once again that I thought I would not be able to do so. This goal would never have been made possible without the kidness and professionalism of miss Julia. It is thanks to her that a solution was found.
