Unauthorized €39.99 Charge – Police Report Filed
I discovered an unauthorized €39.99 transaction on my Findomestic credit card associated with “Coltraner Games-Zone”. I did NOT authorize this payment, and I never gave my consent for any such transaction.
In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about fraudulent activity. Taking money from someone’s credit card without authorization is outrageous, and I will not let this matter go unchallenged.
I have filed a formal report with the Italian Postal Police (Polizia Postale) and am taking the necessary steps to protect myself and pursue this matter.
I strongly advise others to check their bank and credit card statements carefully and be extremely cautious. If you find an unfamiliar charge from this company, do not ignore it.
I did not authorize this transaction, I did not consent to this payment, and I demand a full explanation and a refund of my €39.99.
This experience has completely destroyed my trust. I consider this matter serious, and I intend to pursue it through the appropriate official channels.
