Responsive customer service
I had an issue with an item I ordered and they responded right away. The replacement should be here today according to the USPS tracker, less than a week later. Good customer service is responsive customer service. Nothing worse than sending an email into the void and never hearing back. That was not my experience with Gameinstock. Good job.

OEM xbox one power supply
After an hour of trying to order one of these things from Microsoft, I tried my luck with Gameinstock. Product was as advertised. A real original powerbrick. Would order from them again for sure.

Excellent customer service.
I ordered my product and recieved a lot of trouble from UPS - not Gameinstock's fault. I ended up needing a replacement product because UPS lost mine. Gameinstock quickly mailed me a replacement, premium shipping, and were very gracious and forgiving with me and my attitude. This is a premium product (the Super Famicom 8Bitdo bluetooth controller) and the company was always patient and good to me. I'd give them six stars if I could.

The controler worked fine .But when I went to recharge it the charging port was loose and then broke off inside of the controler.Only used it for one charge.

Nice website. Ordered a ps3 controller from them. it was refurbished but it arrived looking like new! I ordered a PS4 controller and a white ps3 controller from them afterwards. They were pre-owned but they arrived in very very good condition. This could be my new gamestop. Done giving money to those greedy crooks. These guys seem to really care what they give their customers. Will be back!
