Charged 4 times for 1 order
Here's the deal. My husband loves the controller but I didn't like being charged 4 times for one order. I tried to pay thru PayPal and it got rejected or something. PayPal didn't register any charges thru them but money was missing from my account anyway. I sent an email to get the money back but was told gameinstock only charged me once. Yet money was taken and sent to them. Had to cancel debit card and open new account. One controller is not worth that kind of hassle. Should have ordered thru Amazon or something.

Terrible Customer Service / Wrong Items Shipped
I ordered 2 NES 8Bits and got 2 SNES ones instead. I was met with poor customer service communication (they didn't answer any of my questions except a canned script response), wouldn't send me the actual products I ordered until they received their incorrect order back, and finally after all of that I still haven't gotten my damn order. You guys suck
