Pricing is very competitive and ordering a server was fast and easy but that's not what make Game Host Bros shine. I had an issue migrating my enshrouded server instance over and customer support left me speechless in a good way. Within 10 minutes of opening my ticket I was working with a friendly rep that solved all my issues within minutes. They did technical work of migrating the server for me once I provided the files and also help me customize it. May be the best customer service experience I have had as of late, if not ever.

Always fast to answer questions and support tickets. Price is reasonable. Servers perform as advertised.

Game Host Bros was fairly priced, reliable, and easy to use. Their staff team was super helpful and very communicative. I would for sure recommend this service to anybody.

Easy setup, good performance, access for customization

The server I rented from Game Host Bros was easily setup and manageable. When I had trouble or questions, their support was quick to respond and happy to help beyond simply sharing help or how-to articles. Definitely planning to rent servers from them in the future!

Between the discord and tickets - their service is the best I've had. They've quickly helped with any questions, and even live handled my server for me before when something weird was happening. Just today they retrieved files I accidentally deleted and managed to e-mail me a server side backup, very quickly. Highly competitive price wise and the servers have never lagged or stuttered for me and friends.

Struggled for hours with installing a stubborn mod pack, support replied extremely quickly and were so helpful despite my many screw ups. Nothing like great support <3 10/10 would buy again

Sleepy Tom was super quick to respond to my issue. Dug into the problem really quick and resolved it. Fastest resolution I have had to any ticket for anything in a long time!

They were quick to respond to my ticket, and quick to respond to my messages. They were able to easily guide me to where I needed to be and their platform itself is easy to navigate.

Labelled me "abusive" for taking facts like a gentleman. No zues/gm file for arma reforger server, they seem to think it's a mod for some reason !!!

Game Host Bros are fast to respond, very helpful, and honest. I was just helped change my server from one game to another; response times were within a matter of minutes, all questions I had were excellently answered as well and links were provided when applicable, they clearly knew what they were talking about or found answers instead of making stuff up. They also didn't try to up-sell a package I might not need, they recommended the base rate and added I could upgrade latter if I felt the need. Great customer service! 10/10

Michael was a wizard, 11/10 for help when i did have an issue. Genuinely had it identified, fixed, and server back online within TWO MINUTES of making a ticket.

These guys have been helpful every single step of the way. I'm new to hosting servers and have never done it before and had no idea what I was doing. These guys have made it so simple my children could run a server!

I've been using GameHostBro's for roughly half a year now. I randomly stumbled upon it through searching for Game Hosting for a Necesse server to play with my friends. I was impressed with how easy it was to get a server up and running and easily be able to add in mods that update automatically with server restarts.

Recently we decided to call it quits with Necesse and move into a Zomboid server to which the team at GameHostBro's were swift to respond to my ticket and get my server swapped over along with ensuring that my Server Plan was stayed the same or close to similar. (Thanks Michael!).

If you're looking for a smooth easy to start server for your next session with friends, would highly recommend you give GHB a shot.
