I've done aternos, pebblehost, apex, bisect, and a few other free ones in there (RIP). Game Host Bros had the cheapest price, the best performance with the most players, and the best customization panel out of all of them. Very happy customer.

Server was running Great.... until it wasn't.
This was entirely my fault. I started up a Modded Minecraft server for me and some friends. They are all newish to the modded minecraft so they are pretty easy on the server. I, on the other hand, am well versed. So I went full on speed run to get as much materials as possible. Starting these massive farms so everybody could get enough of whatever materials they may or may not need. I did one too many and broke the server through a build up of entities.
First thing I did was go to their Discord and started a support ticket. Not only were the responses rolling in with very minimal delay, they even looked over my crash logs and helped me diagnose the issues. Then gave me multiple choices, all while, on their own time, help optimise my server settings.
Their service was fast and excellent. It didn’t take much time, and they gave me a discount for my first order. Customer service was truly great—they are cooperative, solve any problem that comes up, and never delay in responding. I would definitely be happy to order from them again.
Michael assisted me with installing a custom modpack onto my server. He identified some mods that were causing errors on the server and deleted them and promptly had the server running in minutes. He was very courteous and helpful. Overall a great experience for a server host

I started off with buying a server from Game Host Bros and instantly fell in love with how neat everything was and how easy it was to understand what I was doing!
I had a few client-sided issues regarding my game during my first time logging in and sent a ticket asking how to fix this, got a reply within 2 minutes and the help was really beneficial! The help they suggested was just what It needed and made the gameplay and service even more Outstanding, I had another Issue 15 minutes later (another client sided issue) and re-opened the ticket for help, again within 3 minutes, got an answer and the help was just what was needed!

Tried their service after i found them via Google Search , i was skeptical to try it and pay for it since as everyone know many are fake or really bad service , but they are really good , the hosting for Counter strike 2 went perfectly fine and it managed to not lag at all with my custom made biohazard from scratch which is really complex.
If anyone wants a good hosting for games if they have it please go and try them for one month , you won't be disappointed !
I had issues with my dedicated server a couple days ago, but it wasn't because of GameHostBros, it was because of an update that the game made which caused the issue. However, the GameHostBros team was very responsive and they were the ones communicating with the game devs just so they could get a hotfix as soon as possible. On top of that, they were amazing with their communication as they kept updating me whenever there's progress and when it was fixed too. I'd say one of, if not, the best support I've experienced.
Super easy set up, was second in the group to attempt to get a server running for Palworld but the first one to get it right, and the extra world settings were a lot cleaner than what my friend had to deal with trying to set it up as well. Then when the group got burnt out on Palworld it was easy to cancel services with them. Will definitely be using them again after Palworld 1.0 drops.
toehunter stayed up until 1am my time, helping me get my server up and running. Took the time to make sure everything was working. Even went out of his way to break down for me how the process worked because i asked for the extra information.

I've been using Gamehostbros for the better part of two years at this point and I've never had an easier/pain-free experience using a serverhost in my life. Over the years Ive used everything from Apex to Scala cube and even small sketchy server hosts, nothing compares to GHB. FINAL UPDATE (Feb 21, 2026): Management has now contacted me and successfully processed a full refund as per their 7-day guarantee policy. I would also like to clarify that regarding the Discord issue, I was able to manually rejoin the server after being removed.
While the initial support experience and communication delays were very poor, I appreciate that Michael (Management) stepped in to resolve the refund promptly once the formal ticket was reviewed. Case is now resolved.
LATEST UPDATE: After sharing my honest feedback, I have been kicked/banned from their Discord server. This is an extreme and unprofessional reaction to a paying customer who was simply seeking technical help. Instead of resolving the 15-hour delay or the technical incompatibility, they chose to cut off my communication. This confirms their hostile attitude towards customers who encounter issues. Avoid this provider if you value professional support and freedom to speak.
Update: The owner's reply is inaccurate. I initially used the Live Chat on the website and Discord to ask for a technical solution or a Windows host alternative before deciding to refund. I only sent my formal request through 2 channels as instructed.
The response "No need to reach to every channel to get our attention" was sent via live chat, yet after that remark, I was left without any assistance or answers for over 15 hours. My question about Windows-based hosting options was completely ignored. If "someone would be with me shortly" meant 15+ hours of silence after a rude remark, then my complaint about unprofessionalism stands. I am still waiting for the refund promised by the policy.
I’ve had a mixed experience with Game Host Bros. On the technical side, the other staff members have been helpful and the server performance is good. However, I am very disappointed with the attitude of a specific staff member in the billing/support ticket.
I am requesting a refund under their "7-Day Money-Back Guarantee" due to a technical mismatch (Linux Case-Sensitivity issues with Project Zomboid B42 mods).I moved the conversation to the Billing Ticket system.
Instead of professional help, I was met with a passive-aggressive response: "No need to reach to every channel to get our attention." It is very discouraging to be talked down to as if I'm "attention-seeking" for simply following their team's directions. I hope management addresses this behavior. I am still waiting for my refund to be processed according to their policy.
