I'd give ZERO stars if I could
Ordered and paid for a Kerbl gate and fixings in June, for delivery 2 weeks later by 2nd July. The order was split in two, with two tracking numbers. The fixings arrived with CTT on 1st July. The gate - no. GalopStore says Order delivered, but this isn't true.
The tracking number doesn't work, the courier company doesn't exist. GalopStore doesn't reply to any emails. I've had to escalate through PayPal to get my money back.
