I strongly advise against this company.

I strongly advise against this company.
I placed an order and paid via PayPal, but I never received the product.
According to DHL, the package was “delivered”, however:
The signature is not mine
The package was not delivered to my address
It is now being claimed that the package was left at a gas station without my authorization
I personally went to that location and nothing was delivered
Additionally, the seller provides contradictory information: first “delivered”, then “in transit”.
Communication is poor and unclear, and no responsibility is taken.
I am currently involved in a dispute to recover my money.
This feels highly unreliable. I strongly advise others not to order from this company.

Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Absolutely disgusting customer service.

They failed to do anything with the order for a week, just decided that the customer was not worth anything to them, and toiok pleasure in ensuring that the package sat there for a week befor eanyone decided that they might as well try to send to the client, maybe they had nothing else to do that day and took the package to be delivered becausew it was a boring day for them?
Otherwise it would just sit there and not get
delivered.

Why do they think they can run a business online when they also decide that they are going to do nothing with the clients order, but leave it sitting there for a week before anyone can make the important decision on behalf of the company, to actually try to get the package delivered???

Who is running the company???

do they all have to go and queue up outside the managing directors office??
Do they need the permission from the director to be allowed to actually send a package to the client?
Or does the ordser need to go through 15 different pèople before they can all sit down on a meeting, and in the meeting discuse the order, and then make a vote at the end of the meeting for the decision on if they will send thew package to the client, or make the client wait for a week before letting them know that they may decide to finally send the order one day?

Absolute Joke of a company, as unprofessional as you will find.

Do not order online frome them!!
