No customer service/Do not care about responding to clients
Customer service is non-existent until they get multiple requests/complaints from you via the CHAT/Ai Bot. After 3-4 weeks of sending chat messages (the only form of communication that the company provides), an email was finally sent to me with a customer support number, saying that I needed to call them. I called and the customer support rep had no documentation of my concerns and had no idea why I was calling. After explaining that my medication was sent to my old address, they indicated that they did not have my new address in their system (even though I have chat messages telling me that my address was updated in the system on August 24 and the medication was sent on August 28. ). I was told that I might not get my medication because it was already delivered. I was assured that the system was updated and that I would have a resolution within 24 hours. That was Sept. 3. Today, September 11, I reached out again via phone and spent 25 minutes explaining this, only to be told that my issue was going to be "escalated". I informed the customer rep that this was the 2nd time a human had told me this and the 3rd or 4th time the AI bot had told me this and nothing had been done to resolve the issue. They just keep saying "I'm sorry about that." I've also requested muliple times through the chat and twice now with 2 people that my subscription be canceled after I receive the medication which I've already paid for (2 months worth of Tirzepitide--the month that was sent to the wrong address and the following months' meds which I can request next week. I paid 3 months upfront (total of 597.00 plus tax) . The first customer service individual stated that she would escalate this request. The person I spoke with today said that he would escalate it because it had not been escalated previouly. This person now just called me back to say that I have to fill out a claim with UPS before they will ship my mediation to me. I am now 3 weeks without my medication.

I’m enjoying losing the weight and…
I’m enjoying losing the weight and keeping control of what I’m eating. Very minimal sugar de effects and easy delivery. I will be due another delivery in a month or so.
Started off great, until it wasn’t
Started off great.. they sent the meds, were quick with responses to questions, easy peezy. Until it wasn’t… they somehow cancelled my subscription.. didn’t stop them from taking my $597 payment though. Then continued to promise to send the paid for vials without follow through and refused a refund. Question started being answered by a AI formula saying they were at fault but never solving the issue. Major scam.

Women over 60 need not apply - only vaginal offered
The only hrt they will prescribe for women over 60 is vaginal cream. they are ignoring the science. The 2025 Menopausal Hormone Therapy GuidelinesThis peer-reviewed publication outlines modern stratification of hormone therapy. It notes that 42.1% of women aged 60–65 continue to suffer from moderate-to-severe vasomotor symptoms (hot flashes). The guidelines state that there is no general rule for automatically stopping HRT at age 65; for healthy women, continuation is a reasonable option, provided they undergo annual assessments of their lipid panels, blood pressure, and breast health.
